I hate to admit this (Iga would kill me) but I had the same thought. EDIT: Fuck when is this game coming out, I may put in a vacation request at work.

MS supposedly had a serious issue developing some kind of microchip or board that was going to be intregal to the console, and was getting failure rates off the assembly line of around 80%. And then later another reputable source claimed that only one new console would launch in 2013. Those rumors sort of died and I assumed they were bogus. But given that MS still hasn't released their console details amongst a ton of rumors (much of which sucks ass), I'd say those rumors are gaining credibility again. I still think it'll happen and they'll just skip a Japanese launch and get to it 6 months later, if at all, but who knows. I will say that if they are delayed until 2014 Nintendo will breathe the biggest sign of relief anyone has ever heard.

I can see them launching this year but in a Wii U like situation where they have a drought till the following summer.

I can see them having another console that people go through 3 or 4 of them from RROD type scenarios on their hands.

This along with their rumored strategy for console gaming going forward has me thinking I'd have to be INSANE to support these guys anytime soon. The Playstation, I expect will be fine. Sony was embarrassed with the PS3 era & I'd be surprised if this isn't their best generation since the PS1 in terms of decision making.

Yeah I'm really looking forward to this motherfucker. Its been too long.

I also can't wait to finally see Retro's new game...everything these guys do is ace & I fully expect this to be a GOTY game too...again, its been too long.

as for the gay player it's good in that it may open the flood gates for other athletes to come out. That said it should have happend long ago, great job by him.

LEGO City is da bomb, even after completing it, 40 hours in and there is still tons to do. They seem to have designed the game so that even when you've seen the credits there is plenty of incentive to go and scour the gameworld for new stuff. And there are incentives to replay mission levels with secret unlockable areas. So cool.


The attention to detail is phenomenonal, for instance there is a mario galaxy style bullet bill cage in the city. You assume you have to get a bullet bill to chase you but there are none in the game. You have to first find a mario hat, god knows from where, then customise your character with blue and red overalls and put the hat on. Then you go near a courthouse's old cannon and suddenly a bullet bill will fire and you have to get it to follow you mario galaxy style to break the cage. But the brilliant thing is that none of this is explained to you, it's one of the hundreds of rewarding secrets in this game.
