New week!
What have you guys been playing?
Gaplus, Bit.Trip Beat, and Arkanoid Plus!.
Uncharted: Drakes Fortune - Got my 'game clear' trophies. Cannot wait for the sequel.
Mario & Luigi: Bowsers Inside Story - Good stuff.
Mario & Sonic At the Winter Olympics (DS version) - Surprsingly decent mini-game compilation.
Batman: Arkham Asylum - Great stuff. Will finish today.
How far are you? I'm gonna get back to that game soon.

Tell me to get back to rewriting this site so it's not horrible on mobileFinished off Batman. Good game, but there are plenty of elements that could've been changed.
37 hours and just conquered the 7th kingdom. So near the end!

Tell me to get back to rewriting this site so it's not horrible on mobileBut people find a man and a woman having sex the most horrifing thing of all. I wonder if two male severed heads were kissing and saying multiple f-bombs, if that would be more offending than normal sex.

Tell me to get back to rewriting this site so it's not horrible on mobileNice, how did you alter your control setup? Did you try shrinking the bounding box to zero?
Lost Winds Winter of the Melodias. Much better than the first, the puzzles are more intricate the moveset is more varied, the graphics are better, the map system is better. All it needs is some funky Elebits/LBP music and a bit of voice acting to make it a AAA game. Taken together with the first game, together they do make a very good game to get. Some of the visuals are great, massive mythical creatures, fancy reflections and lighting. I hope they take this franchise to the next level and go all
3-D like Okami or zelda.

Listen to Wu-Tang and watch Kung-Fu
Started The Conduit for Wii and have just the final level to beat, which will happen today. The Conduit is certainly worth picking up if you can find it for $20 USD. It is equal part intelligent design and derivitive design. On the good side you have controls, atmosphere, good enemy AI and difficulty. On the bad side you have hardly any outdoor environments, overly dark lighting (to cover up the generic graphics), enemies look (and sound) like they have been ripped straight from Halo 2 and re-use of rooms within a level (at times you will walk out of a room into a room that is identical to the one you just left - and then do that again a third time).

I found the default controls to be acceptable, so I did not monkey wih them. I checked out the GUI changes etc... and thought I'd fool around with them, and while I think every FPS should have that level of customization, ultiamtely I was happy with the choices they made. (I did bring up the gamam levels in some stages).
Played Fire Emblem through the tutorial and up to Chapter 6 where Marth died. it was fun while it lasted, reminded me of Gladius (but with a bit more polish). I'll go back to it, just now though it is not where my head is at.
'The executive offered that he thinks the device may have a "fundamental concept problem in terms of 'Who's it for?' and 'What's the benefit?' "
"I have the utmost respect for all our competitors," he said, "but it's interesting to try and answer the consumer question of 'What's in it for me?' in that product."'
Do any of you know anyone who is even considering getting the Go? I'm still wondering who it is for.
It is as if this product is coming from the electronics side of Sony rather than SCE. I waonder what Kaz really thinks about it.SEGA UK Managing Director:
At the same time we entered into an exciting partnership with Platinum Games, the first result of which was MadWorld - a fantastic, innovative, original game, no doubt about it."
He went on to insist that the publisher reaped enough rewards from the game's sales to allow it to "invest in high quality, new IP" on an ongoing basis, and that it was an experiment that would be repeated."
You may remember that Platinum had already made MadWorld without SEGA's involvement and that there was some rumor about SEGA's push for hardcores gamers being defined by what Platinum had delivered (rather than some creative choice at SEGA).
Even though MadWorld did not perform well I think it was good for SEGA's relationship with Platinum (gives SEGA the upper hand moving forward). Plus Platinum kind of owes them now.
Keep in mind that "People" are the target demo for that website. This is the site John Davison (former Ziff exec / OPM Editor / EGM Editor) started to help parents choose games for their kids. So, this sample is already more likely to lean on the conservative, guarded side of the spectrum.
If you ran that same poll on GAF or IGN I'm sure most respondants would answer that that set of stimuli induces erections that last longer than 4 hours.
Are you playing them in order?
