Just finished Thardus on Prime 1. This is where the new bloom effects become really noticable, during this fight. Controls definitely helped me during this one because I always found it troublesome to maneuver and fire at the same time with him. I've also noticed more enemies in certain sections. Can't wait to try Omega Pirate with the new controls.
...so thaaaat's where I left those...!
...and LBP...
...ew!
Actually, unless he's being stocked in a warehouse designed for human warehouses, he would be the goods being stocked in a warehouse, not the warehouse itself!
Wait, it could go both ways, bah!
I finished Shadow Complex the other night. Awesome satisfying game that keeps you hooked all the way though, and you're constantly getting new weapons and abilities. I'd probably give this around a 9.2 or 9.3 and I'd say its the Game Of The Year from what I've played. Any game that can keep me hooked and coming back for more these days has to be damn special.
My only gripe was that the end was pretty abrupt and kind of came out of nowhere, but it was cool nonetheless and memorable. Just an incredible game, download or not.
I also ordered Metroid Trilogy and Batman from Newegg today. Should be getting them around wednesday.
I so want that to be real.
Is this hacked or actually in game? If its in game I refuse to buy it.
People at the time all said that it looked the same. I begged to differ. The detail was much improved.
I had a little distance between the two, so I couldn't remember. Prime 2 controls are a little more fluid.
I preferred Prime 1's graphics and visual style. It was definitely more Metroid and felt like a Metroid world.
Prime 2 was more dark, obviously, and didn't feel like a Metroid world. But that shouldn't be a bad thing or we'd be playing the same game twice!
Never played Prime 3. What does Prime 3 feel more like, Prime 1 or 2?

Actually Prime 1 had cliched worlds like forest, snow, water, mines, etc. Prime 3 has some truly alien worlds. It starts kind of normal, which makes sense because you are in a human habitat, then it turns very alien.
Oh and do not listen to Foolz!
Flying_Phoenix is Punk
Grand Jedi is someone from Gaf. Probably googled VG Press once Punk mentioned it.
You sure? Is that Nintendo bias that obvious.
Grandjedi must be in the know. Maybe from GS. (EDIT: I guess you are right, he just checked our site and we scared him away)
(ok I need to remember its Punk, there is just no connection between Flying Phoenix and PunkRebel its hard to remember.)
Personally, that's what I liked about Prime 1. It was a revamp of the series to 3D, so it should be forgivable that they went the more conventional, and safer route. And it was one of the greatest games ever made! I think it was a great way to reboot Metroid.
Prime 3 looks interesting. Once I get that Wii (still saving money) I'll pick up the Trilogy and play it through from the beginning.

you're buying games like people buy bread you'll never save up for a console like that. maybe you should do what i did when i wanted to get a ps3. to motivate myself to save up for the console i started off buying some ps3 games i wanted. i know it seems foolish to buy games for a console you don't have yet but if you've made your mind about it, then it will make saving towards it easier as you will be even more eager knowing you have the games there waiting.

Yeah it was just when GG bumped a few of his threads, so the only non-nintendo one was the Batman thread. The other point is that GG creates by far the most threads and they are mostly Nintendo threads. Not his fault that the rest of us are lazy. But now we have a nice balance!
