I was trying to post how I was in bed playing with my Stylus FROM bed...
...and I could never get past the Login Screen!
It's not that I really expect to browse with it all that often; just thought you'd like to know!
So yeah, podcast this week! I propose some changes...but y'all can read about it in the forum...

Yay!
I'll bring up some vg chartz numbers!
Seriously glad to have you on board! The more the better.
WTH Yarco
I was just reading the modding stuff you posted last week. LOL what is wrong with you?
Fuckers fuckers fuckers.......I see the gang is still here!
Edge chiming in, with absolutely no gaming news to speak of! LMAO, haven't played much of anything lately. Although I did check out the first bit of Condemned 2 but it seems kind of cheesy compared to the first game.
Been working alot, and no access to PC at work, plus going out with the girlfriend and such so haven't had too much internet time.
Getting tempted to get Resident Evil 5 though, even though I said I'd wait for a price drop.
Ah all is well, I can update again
Bastard, I thought you'd left for good. I saw Condemned 2 for $20. I will get it someday as I liked the first. Does the story continue? They changed the main character model though which is weird as the first guy looked identical to a friend of my dads. Can't you get your new girl into gaming? You could play co-op RE5 together split screen.
Dvader got Animal Crossing and actually liked it. You missed the fun. Did you see the new Silent hill game?
EDIT:
Oh, oh, Robio and ASK Story are here. And Aspro and a nice new guy Kaepora.
She likes playing, just not all the time. She'd rather play something else (wink wink) and I cant really complain about that!
Condemned does continue the story, but they take everything in a dumb direction, really out there. and yeah the main guy is different now, he has issues now.
I heard about the Silent Hill, but havent read up on it at all. Kind of a remake right?
Look, I like Monopoly too, but there has to be some sort of cut off point.
INFO:
-The Wii Remote is used to aim the flashlight "This is one of the things we dreamed about when the Wii controller was first unveiled, and it's every bit as effective as we imagined."
-The developer wants the game to be as immersive as possible. "When you want to check on something in the environment, for example, you simply fix your view on it rather than press a button, and instead of text appearing on screen, Harry comments vocally." (MARl0 note: This sounds really awesome!)
-Streaming environments that completely eliminate load times
-The static noise comes out of the Wii Remote now. It also acts as your cell phone. "Just as we're starting to feel sufficiently uncomfortable, the Wii Remote rings and nearly scares us out of our seats." "There's no response when we answer this particular call, so we hang up and try the first thing that comes to mind: dial 911. An emergency dispatcher actually picks up, her voice emanating from the Wii Remote speaker, but she can't hear Harry and eventually hangs up. Looks like we're on our own."
-Combat has been completely removed from the game. "Instead, you have no choice but to flee, which proves considerably more terrifying."
-Once the monsters see you, the chase is on. "Holding Z button makes Harry get the lead out, and during the getaway, you can barge through doors, climb over fences, jump through windows, and so on. You can even barricade doors behind you with a bookshelf or whatever else might be handy. The static gets louder as the monsters close in, and while Harry is running, you can look back over his shoulder. Watching these abominations leap over cars and crawl along the rooftops as they relentlessly pursue our hero had us on the edge of our seats." "To be clear, these chase sequences aren't quick-time events; you have full control over Harry and can choose whichever path you see fit to his destination." "The monsters will take alternate routes to try to cut you off, and they'll use their numbers to flank you whenever possible."
- "Shattered Memories is about as far removed from a typical remake as you can imagine. It takes inspiration from the original as the foundation for something that feels like a true evolution of the series."
"Sure enough he came back with an amazing snow effect with thousands and thousands of flakes falling realistically from the sky with each individual flake illuminated by the flashlight and every flake casting an individual shadow onto the environment. The first time you see the world freeze over into the nightmare you will be amazed by what else he accomplished."

HIGH QUALITY SCANS OF SILENT HILL.
So what else might you have missed since you've been gone? Erm, FFCC website is open and is teasing us with videos. Brutal Legend is now coming to Wii, although EA are trying to hush it up. Wii motionplus is super sensitive, moreso than last years E3.
Oh there is a new Rabbids game on Wii that is a proper adventure game. Ancel is involved and has also been talking about BGE2 which is still in pre-production and could take yonks to make.
- action/adventure game
- Rabbids have decided they want to go home, but they don’t know where home is. For whatever reason, they decide that the Moon is their destination
- Rabbids goal is to collect enough junk to build a tower to reach the moon
- control two Rabbids at once: one sits inside a shopping cart, another pushes
- push cart into various junk to collect it
- some items require extra steps to collect
- use ‘BWAH!’ attack to scare clothing off of NPCs, then collect to add to your tower
- other items are used to give rabbids new abilities, power-ups for their cart
Still sounds like shovelware. Push a shopping cart into people while yelling BWAH! ??? Ugh. Is that bottom pic a screenshot? Looks great.
UPDATE:
"So what's the story behind this Rabbids adventure? The Rabbids want to go home. Where's home? Not even the Rabbids know for sure, but the moon has caught their attention—and become "home" in the process. Now the Rabbids must collect and build a pile of junk high enough that they can reach the moon. It's an odd setup, and from what we can tell, the story is the sanest part of the game."
"When playing the game, you control two Rabbids at once: one who sits inside a shopping cart, and another who pushes it. Collecting junk is as easy as touching it ot make it fly into your cart, though some pieces require an extra step. For instance, if you want to collect the clothes off one of the many human citizens in the world, you use your "Bwah!" attack to scare the clothes right off of their bodies, leaving them shivering in their underwear."
"Items aren't just for building a mountain to the moon. "Lots of the stuff the Rabbids snag throughout the adventure will give players new abilities for moving or attacking with the shopping cart."
Oh yeah and study shows that two thirds of men prefer new games to sex, so that would put you in a minority.
Reggie is still lame, still no Mother 3, FF4 or Disaster for NA although FF4 seems to be launching in Europe next month. Oh and Carnage sassed Archie on Gamespot and we've been laughing ever since. Factor 5 are still working on 2 Wii games with one to launch this year.

They talk about the worldview, the main character and the battle system here. I can't really be assed to translate the story stuff, since it's Tales shit. The battle system is SS-LMBS which stands for Style Shift Linear Motion Battle System. You can equip skills of two different styles, one on the A button and one of the B button. This allows the player to customize the character to use two different styles in battle at the same time. They also talk about being able to sidestep around an enemy you're in combat with, allowing the player to move around the enemy in 360.
The game's anime opening and FMVs will be by Production IG as usual, and the game is also compatible with the Classic Controller PRO slated to be released this Summer.
Can't get into a great deal of posting at the moment but wouldn't peeps to know I've not vannished.
Nice to meet you Edge, Silent hill is supposed to be being remade for Wii. Another one to look out for if you like that is Cursed mountain, looks like a ghost survival horror kinda thing, looks good!
Will post later if I can get a break, till then au revoir!
One more pic in better quality:

Little King's Story: 9 Awesome!!!
MadWorld: 6 Bastards.

Listen to Wu-Tang and watch Kung-Fu
Yeah I'd like to see some review extracts. No way is it a 6.
Awesome news on LKS. The game was unassuming from the start, yet really charming. It was said to be made by an all star team and it really looks like they have pulled it off. The only thing that bothers me is no pointer support.
Fixed
More info:
Little King Story "You couldn't call Little King Story deep, but its replacement of a linear narrative with a single objective that's accompanied by many discrete narratives besides is an achievement many games would do well to learn from."... "Little King's Story is as rich as it is long, and it's a very lengthy game indeed."... It's a game of rare quality, and exactly what the Wii deserves." note: a lot of the review explains what the gameplay is like, assuring that it is fun, but seemed pointless to paraphrase that here, look at some videos if you're not sure.
MadWorld "Initially, this is a lot of gory fun. Then after your 20th skewer-type-environmental kill combo, it palls a little. By the 40th you're just bored."... "What really pulls MadWorld up by its bootstraps, however, are its climactic moments. The bosses are alternately huge and imaginative, the fights are staged spectacularly" they liked the production values, music, commentary, hated the AI, limited amount of kills and waggle prompts.
Sonic [3] "Sonic offers us one thrill [speed], and Black Knight refuses to indulge it"
Is that a gravestone... in his kitchen?
Or it could just be a reclining chair with a giant chunk cut out of it, my bad.
