I won't disagree with that, but keep an open mind. The original was interesting in that there was usually a number of ways to complete a puzzle but you had to be careful which way you did it. The boy had a limited number of jelly beans to feed the blob, so you couldn't always use the obvious jellybean to transform the blob, or else you could run out later.
For instance, if you need to climb to a higher platform the obvious choice would be to use a jelly bean to turn the blob into a ladder. But if you did that too often you'll run out of those "ladder beans" and at a point when you could only use that you'd be screwed. So instead you'd have to look around and see if there was an appropriate place to turn the blob into a trampoline to reach the platform instead.
I played through some of the campaign but mostly I played the multiplayer. I really liked it, not quite as much as Modern Warfare but pretty darn close enough. They added some pretty cool things such as driving tanks that can also have another player manning the top gun mount and some cool new perks and striking capabilities after getting consecutive kill streaks. I'm really looking forward to getting back to playing it.
Did the updates. So NXE is required for new games now? How is that going to work considering I have no hard drive and I dont have my 360 online?
Ah Archangel, let me know campaign stuff. I only played one online match. Pretty cool.
Microsoft’s NXE update will soon be bundled onto the discs of upcoming Xbox 360 titles.
Any game disc that features the NXE installer will not play unless users accept the update command; whereby the update will run if users still have the blade dashboard system in place.
The first two games that will have the update installers loaded onto their discs are Tom Clancy: H.A.W.X and MLB: 2K9, with other titles expected to follow suit.
Microsoft’s plan is to ensure that every 360 owner does away with its old dashboard interface and moves onto NXE; the platform holder is no longer applying any updates or security measures for the blades service.

The testicles! They do nothing!!!!
Microsoft loves to screw over their customers. This is just further proof.
BTW, NXE will fully install onto a memory card, but you need at least a 128MB free. That's why all of the new Arcade models are shipping with 256MB memory card built-in.
I know about the new arcade models but what about me? I have a 64mb card that I have to delete stuff off just to play new games. Already my face was when I found that some games have (hard drive required) on the back of boxes. Now there are games which dont neccesarily need a hard drive but will require one to install the NXE which is now compulsorary? Eh? Are they trying to make me obsolete?
I think you are the only one watching this game other than me. I haven't watched the interviews yet. I'm going to do another quick update now.
Well, you need to buy either buy a bigger Memory card (256MB or a 512MB) or get a HDD. They are not trying to make you obsolete, they've already done it.
Just posted the pics of Red Steel 2, the cancelled version. It was set in the future? Where are my goggle eyed smilies??????
Sonofabitch.
Iga, I'm done with the updates if you want to do any.
I'm pretty sure Microsoft has a program in place for those who purchased an Arcade 360 before they included memory storage packed to get some kind of memory upgrade. Just give them a call or check out xbox.com.
Watching it now. OMG that looks great.
The problem I have with hard drive required games is that I order online and by mail order and unless I can see the tiny logo on the back of the box, I'm screwed. A lot of places wont take items back if they deem it to be your responsibility, i.e the product is not defective etc. I hope you are right though. I dont see any point forcing offline gamers to have this new dashboard though, I suspect it's so that the future games can use their version of Miis.
Red Steel 2???
Get your asses into the thread for more pics of the cancelled version.

So supposedly the cancelled concept for Red steel 2 was surrealism. There was a bit according to GAF where you... enter a refridgerator and end up on a mountain.

I really love the look. The music too. I never played the original though so this has to be special for me to pick it up.
Yep. Very, very soon now and I got my 360 back in time. Played a little Street Fighter IV and wow what a freakin' awesome game. I'm going to be in gaming overload for the next little while but I certainly don't mind at all.
