Me not even hearing any mention of football season until now FTW. I don't follow any sports so I don't know when any particular seasons are, I just hear sports and team names starting to get thrown around in conversation and know that something is going on.
Same here. I never follow sports either. Shoot, I didn't even know he was talking about football until you mentioned it. I thought he just liked dophins for some reason.

I haven't played much of anything lately since my 360 got the RRoD. What I really want to play is Gears of War 2, Red Alert 3, and Call of Duty World at War but I can't until I get my system back from repairs. It's making it pretty tough to get the urge to play anything else right now.
I do still have my first 360 with the crapped out DVD drive so I could slap my HDD on that one and play some XBLA games. I don't think the DVD drive works well enough to install a game and play it that way but I'll give it a try.
I played some Zack & Wiki and am really close to finishing it. Also played a little bit of Resident Evil 4 Wii Edition.

Didn't you and Dvader say you were getting Animal Crossing? We could be playing together, pushing Steel into holes in the ground.
Well I said I would like to get Animal Crossing at some time to check it out so I could see what all the fuss was about but I also said that I wasn't sure when I'd get it because there are just too many games ahead of it that I want to get more. Still not really sure when I'll get around to picking it up yet but right now I'm thinking perhaps around Feb. depending how things go.
Just hooked up my first 360 with the busted DVD drive and while it looks like I won't be able to install games and play them from the HDD at least I can play my XBLA games, demos, and check out videos until my other one comes back from repair.
This is the perfect time to take the guilt away from me, by downloading World of Goo from Wiiware

As for World of Goo the guilt will have to remain with. Again it's not a game that doesn't interest me it's just that it's behind a bunch of other games that interest me more.
In the GAF thread a guy pretended that a Nazi dictator had moved into town. Put on a little facist uniform and designed nazi flags and uniforms and subjected the residents to racist taunts. I don't agree with it, but it drove home to me how the user can affect the game.
