It's like The Walking Dead here. There's a fuel shortage and people are queuing and blocking all the roads. Thanks Brexit.

in our country, brexit was kind of treated like y2k. Leading up to it there was a never-ending stream of coverage and nothing but Doom surrounding all of it. We'd hear things like Britain would be sent back to the Stone age and stuff like that. And then, just like Y2K the day after it happened the coverage stopped. But I kind of knew that wasn't going to be the end of the story. Anyway, sorry to hear that. Also sorry that you've got a bunch of morons in your country as well.

All right boys, what are we playing?

I am still waist deep in Rune Factory 4, and still very much loving it. I'm coming up to the end of the second of the three segments of the game. It's flown by very quickly, but I must have already put in well over 30 hours, if not 40. Damn good game.

I started a new play through of GTA V as well as Ori and the Blind Forest.  I honestly haven't played much of either because of school work.

I started Paradise Killer on a whim this weekend and haven't wanted to stop playing! It's a murder investigation / graphic adventure / exploration game that's soooo unique it's nearly indescribable. If you're curious, look it up!

Also started Scarlet Nexus - a psychokinetic action adventure with a lot of cool concepts rolled in! Also worth checking out!

I started Persona 5 Royal! And Final Fantasy XIV! And Dragon Quest XI!

On top of my current Genshin Impact playthrough.

On top of my ongoing Divinity Original Sin 2 multi-player playthrough.

...

I fucked up, didn't I?

It’s been nothing but Dragon Quest XI: S Definitive Edition for me. This is the game that just never wants to end and I love it. Saw the credits but I’m still not classifying it as finished yet because it really isn’t. Been running around helping out people, finishing quests, doing the Trials, etc. I really want to 100% this game. It’s definitely my favourite Dragon Quest game and I think it’s my third all time favourite game overall ranking just behind Chrono Trigger and Chrono Cross.

Wow that's some fine praise! I was very pleasantly surprised by it within the scarce couple hours I've played it. It just oozes charm, from the visuals to the dialogue and the music, it's like a love letter not just to the franchise but to the genre as a whole.

Yes you really have. You've got some 100 hour games there plus an MMO.... I couldn't have done that back when I was single, childless, and unemployed. But they're also all good so enjoy.

tbh its Coronavirus too. The govt body for driving examinations has a 9 month delay, you used to be able to get a test within 2 weeks until coronavirus ruined the world. Also a lot companies didn't think Brexit would ever really happen as Parliament was so entrenched with Brexit denying MPs. So they didn't do the recruitment and training necessary. They had 2 years, they just assumed it wouldn't happen or wouldn't affect them.

Yeah it truly is a love letter to the franchise and is epic in every sense of the word.

I've been playing Dap for a review, which is good enough that I don't mind delaying Doom Eternal and Psychonauts 2.

I played a paltry hour of Psychonauts 2.  I wish I had more time to play, as playing it in small fragments as I'm doing now doesn't do it justice.

When I'm not endlessly racing in Asphalt 9, I've been playing Horace, Animal Crossing, I finished Edna and Harvey: Harvey's new eyes. And playing Batman Arkham City and Alan Wake on the side.

RE4 is coming to the Quest2. That's both very exciting and very terrifying. I felt queesy killing of low poly foes in Super hot. While I'd love to play RE4 VR, this probably isn't for me.

I've actually been mulling over Re4 wii via MClassic. Only way to get HD + IR?

Dont know why the switch version doesn't have IR as re5 and 6 do.

What is Dap?

I've been playing nothing lately. Quite a few time and mind consuming things going on in the asprosphere.

the weird floating disconnected hands freak me out in that VR version.

It's gone mad here in the UK. Fights are breaking out over petrol. A guy pulled a knife, a car tried to run him over. Fist fights break out with adults then the kids start fighting. An old lady who worked at the petrol station was knocked down by an angry motorcycle driver.

A petrol nearby got petrol, the news spread on mums net and it was swamped within minutes.
