Not getting any better. Paramedics checked my vitals said I had a very high temperature. Asked a few questions about vomiting and diarrhoea too, which I said no to. They said at hospital they'd give me the same drugs that I could take at home so it's not worth going in. Then later than evening I can't even keep my balance, I'm literally swaying and bouncing off things while trying to walk. Then I fall and lie outside the bathroom as I got no energy. Then stumble to the toilet. I have an almighty diarrhoea that feels like the solution they give you before a colonoscopy. At the same time my stomach is so ravaged by weeks of medication and no appetite that I start projectile vomiting so hard it's like a scene from the Exorcist. I start getting dizzy and swaying. I lose feeling in my hands, they go stiff and swell. And now for the past few days it's just incessant coughing it feels like my lungs are a cheese grater. What's worse is not being able to sleep. Constant going hot then cold, constant.
Hope you get better soon GG. If it's getting too much I wouldn't hesitate to go back to the hospital. I've even seen younger people suffer bad from covid or the side effects of it, seek help when you need it.
Disney cut their ties with Gina Carano, the actor who plays Cara Dune in The Mandalorian. This is the result of her controversial/outspoken republican tinted tweets and other social media entries. Personally I don't agree with actors being sacked for having an opinion that deviates from what is seen as desirable. Everyone can have their own opinion, but it's no surprise to see Disney sees this differently.
It's a great loss for the series though. Gina is hot. I just read the news myself and will contact her with an offer to comfort her during these trying times. It's the least I can do.

It's as simple as that, no one is forcing you to share stuff, if you have stupid opinions keep them to yourself! I have zero sympathy for her. She was also a bad actress so not much was lost.
I'm pretty far into Celeste at the moment. I was more or less aware of the themes it tried to tackle, but I'm not impressed by how they are handled. 95% of it is just in cutscenes, it's all rather superfluous. They could have made the exact same game without all this exposition about mental problems.
Not that I'd have an idea how to do it any better. Playing this now, and having played Senua's Sacrifice last year, I'm not sure games can do these themes well.
edit: but I'm enjoying the gameplay a lot though. Deaths come fast but free of repercusion. I'm happy to discover I've still got it, with some screens being completed without me really acknowledging what I did, my hand-eye coördination just kicking in and getting it done.
