Haven’t played Senua’s Sacrifice myself. I am somewhat interested in it but just have too much other stuff that interests me more right now. If they ever offer it for Games with Gold then I’ll definitely grab it.
I'm starting to think that a eugenics ("herd immunity") response to the virus which would have the side effect of reducing Animal Crossing posts would be worth it!
I'm definitely going to have to check it...if it's still available after I've played DMC4, DmC and DMC5...
Cities Skyline?
Farming Simulator?
Those are the PS Plus offerings for May. Has anyone played them?
Well there you go then.
Why did you not sign up for it? It's tremendous value. I get to enjoy most expansive online service for nearly 3 years for little over the price of 2 games.
The desire to get my games on a physical format is just too strong for me plus I’m a bit of a collector. I also like to just get them and have them available to play at any time whereas on Game Pass they can just come and go. If I got Game Pass I’d also feel rushed to play as many games as possible in case they were to leave and I already got more then enough games sitting in my backlog already, I really don’t need to add any more. It’s definitely a tremendous value but it just doesn’t fit my play style.
Fair points. I might have said this before, but as a lifelong Nintendo fan, Xbone doesn't set off my hoarder genes, so I really don't care. The whole Xbox ecosystem is more like an additional perk to me, so I don't mind partaking 'on the cheap'.
The older I get, the less I care about physical media. I prefer the ownership of physical media but I can't deal with the clutter anymore.
Cities Skylines is very good on PC but I cannot imagine playing it with a controller.
It came out on PlayStation Now back in March, and I gave it a shot. The controls were pretty frustrating. Not bad per se, and I'm sure it had I stuck with it eventually it would have clicked. However, just about the entire time I was playing all I could think was, "I bet this is a lot better on PC."
All this talk about Gamepass has me seriously looking into PS Now. I'm thinking of subscribing, at least for a month or two. I have really been wanting to play Batman: Arkham Origins again and it looks like I'll need to either buy a PS3 again or subscribe to pS Now.
That said, unless you have a direct connection with high data speed, playing the PS3 games is kind of a pain in the butt since it's entirely streaming. I use Wi-Fi, and even though I do have a pretty fast connection, it's virtually impossible to play the PS3 library. That's actually a shame too because it's really solid. Much better in fact than the PS4 library.
My WiFi has been pretty good. I'll look into once I clear up some of my backlog.
Just start at the recommended first level and increase until you find a good spot for you. Slowly increase each time you play until you reach a good spot.
I quit Hellblade, just incredibly boring.
Believe it or not, in just over a month, Animal Crossing: New Horizons is now the best-selling physical Switch release in Japan of all-time. The previous record-holder was Smash Bros. Ultimate, which has sold 3.66 million so far. Animal Crossing: New Horizons is now sitting at 3.89 million physical units sold as of this week.
