I had mine removed. You'll feel a tiny bit of not at all painful pressure where the incision will be, but the process is done laparoscopically, so you shouldn't feel any pain at all internally. This is, of course, assuming you didn't let it go so long that it's gotten to the verge of bursting. The worst part of mine was pain in my back from anesthesia, but I'm used to that. In two or three days you'll be absolutely fine! Feel better, anyway!

What rubbish, there's only one drawback to the killer wail. For a weapon that shoots blindly through walls and kills everything in its path, it's like a massive win button. I have no real choice using the inkzooka with an aerospray. Using the gold aerospray I get the inkstrike, but also I'm stuck with the ink mine. So you have no mid-long range offensive options. Choose the regular aerospray and you have an inkzooka with multiple drawbacks, the museum map renders it virtually useless.

Also I found a glitch on the central piller where I got caught on the side and couldn't get up it even when it was fully inked my colour. On recon it appears that since the pillar rotates it can spin you off it so you can't just press forward to go up. Once in a while it will kick you off it.

It was simple, I don't remember falling asleep, next thing I know I woke up all groggy, like in and out of dreams. My throat is dry, my stomach obviously has some discomfort. After a minute or so I was awake again. No biggie.
