2 more episodes of Psycho Pass season 1, will they catch Makashima?
No spoilers!
The Witcher almost became a Diablo clone.
This is so cool....should be on Unseen64!
So it started out as a Baldur's Gate: Dark Alliance inspired game in 2002....a full 5 years before the actual finished game shipped! By the time it released, it was more of a Zelda/Dragon Age hybrid. Intersting stuff.
Just started playing Bayonetta. wtf is this shit? So ridiculous it's cringeworthy. Feels like a mid 90s arcade game. The music . That annoying mobster wannabe. Black guy throwing guns.
These are the worst cutscenes in the history of humanity. Gameplay is button mashing, dodge, button mashing, dodge.
Then you don't know how to play
Next stop, Iceland!
I see words on the screen but they make no sense.
Public Service Announcement: Puzzle and Dragons: Super Mario is not as easy as you would think it would be. I can't get past World 3!!
If you like Puzzle Quest, you'll ABSOLUTELY ---LOVE--- Puzzle and Dragons!! It's a Puzzle RPG through and through!!
You actually DO power up and evolve Mario creatures! I didn't think there would be enough variations to do so, but there most certainly are!!
Give a Koopa a Power Wing and he'll become a Koopa Para Troopa; a Goomba will become a Para Goomba.
Hammer Bros. become Boomerang Bros. with the right Power Up or Fire Bros. or Ice Bros.
There's a crap-load of monsters in here!!
So just destroy the core relays then? Okay. I have maxed out all skill trees and have a boatload of shards, but the rest of the skills are locked above Level 2. I'll focus on the core relays rather than the story missions for a while.
I hope Popolocrois DS comes to the west:
http://gematsu.com/2015/05/popolocrois-farm-story-second-trailer
I still have not played anything on my 3ds.
Don't ever play DMC3 or Ninja Gaiden if you don't like Bayonetta.
These kinds of games aren't for everyone. I enjoy them but I also have to be in a certain mood to play them.
Oh, now I see what you are saying. Forget what I was saying about core relays. You have to do more good(bad) deeds to move up to level 2 and be able to access more powers, such as bust drug dealers, graffiti the walls, help out downed citizens, and lower DUP control. You level can go up as high as five.
This video is really funny it is Redneck Avengers: Tulsa Nights
SUPER MARIO MAKER LEVELS:
Actually... both statements are true however contradictory they might sound. It's true that GG doesn't know how to play Bayonetta same as I don't know how to play it ... the thing is you don't have to. You can get by and button-mash and dodge your way through the game and beat every enemy. You can choose to learn it, hell you can choose to spend countless hours to master it the way Foolz has been doing but you don't really have to.
Should it have been made necessary for one to learn how to play it in order to just progress? Is it good that anybody can experience it even if it means they just cheese their way through it? I don't know.

Listen to Wu-Tang and watch Kung-Fu
All this talk about and salivating over Witcher 3 these last few days is making me really want to play ... Kirby!! Which just arrived in the mail yesterday!!
It's also making me want to buy ... Puzzle & Dragons!!
Yes, all your talk of Witcher 3 is making me really really look forward to receiving ... Project STEAM in the post hopefully sometime soon.
And it's making me so so so excited about ... Wooly Yoshi coming out next month.
___
Listen to Wu-Tang and watch Kung-Fu
GG or Foolz or Yoda ... can you recommend me some music in a similar vein to Samurai Champloo? ... sort of laid-back, funky, jazzy, hiphop-y perhaps sort of similar to Nujabes (only artist I can think of whose work I know to be like that)
___
Listen to Wu-Tang and watch Kung-Fu
*dodges*
The music, in the cutscenes is...... horrific.
The controls feel laggy compared to the Bayonetta 2 demo. And there are some N64 quality assets on display at times too.
I loved Ninja Gaiden till it became a little too difficult, the combat feels crisp and responsive and the whole story and setup isn't completely random cheesiness.
This^
I've also been getting gold or higher scores for the sections.
But I dont actually need or particularly want to learn all the combos. As long as combat feels satisfying I'm perfectly fine playing a simple brawler, in fact scrolling beat em ups were once my favourite genre, till they stopped making them. I liked what I played of Bayo 2 better than what I'm seeing of Bayo 1, probably because the demo didn't put these horrendous cutscenes before me. Dat cheezy jazz keyboard dat voice acting.
True but then I would argue you really shouldn't be playing action games on an easy difficulty if all you want to do is finish the game. I feel the point of an action game isbto challenge yourself in the higher modes.
The soundtrack to Samurai Champloo was awesome. It's been a long time since I heard it though. I would recomend the Space Dandy soundtrack but Grooveshark is dead now and all the tracks have gone.
I'm playing on Normal mode and there is no higher difficulty option availible. I have a Miiverse friend who button mashed his way through the game and I think Supreme did too. Basically any combination of punch and kick can turn into a combo, so there isn't really any emphasis on learning them and the combat doesn't feel precise enough to me to need to learn much.
