Outbid in the last 4 seconds. But frankly it was a mercy killing, I had bid too much for a used system.
Seeing as how Australia is generally treated as a third world country I can already guess that the answer is "no" but I'll ask this anyway. Nintendo.com sells refurbished Wii U's for $200 complete with a warranty. Any chance that kind of offer is available for you guys?

Counterfeit Wii Us are ruining the Wii U economy here in Australia.

Counterfeit Wii U's provided by Nintendo themselves apparently. Looks like Sony's strategy has always been attack from within.
It's striking how sharp the graphics look in Dark Souls 2 on the PS4. The resolution, framerate and lighting effects are amazing --BUT-- it --ALSO-- highlights just how plastic the game looks now... The characters and creatures look like high-resolution action figures. Gives me a whole new appreciation for Bloodborne, though.
Just bought my sister a Lamina 7 (or Linx 7, depending on your region) tablet for her birthday. Being €99, it's priced steeper than I'd usually consider for a birthday present, but at such value and knowing that she has no tablet and was complaining about her laptop ageing and not being comfortable for daily surfing, I couldn't resist. Not really gaming related, but hey, I'm a Tech Geek with an affinity towards Win8.1, and this is basically a whole functioning PC that fits in the palm of my hand. I also recall Aspro looking into tablets half a year ago, so there, totally relevant to the VU
So I'm browsing through my friend's list and discovered that the PS4 is showing my real name. I change that and browse again, almost sending a message to Bear that says, " Hello, it's Travo. Let's share our real names and share pictures of each other."
My brother has a PS4 and it showed his real name. Yeah that is something I don't like. I don't even share my real name on YouTube or Miiverse my Mii's name is a shortened version of my username.
I fucking loved that game. Honestly one of my favorite experiences on the PS4 for me so far.

Dangan Ronpa 2.
More to come.

I've been searching for PhilFogg so that I may friend him, but Sony cannot find that name. Aspro73 is still my friend though.
Wow! Metal Ge....Deus Ex!

Everyone go over to the Smash Bros. thread for a discussion of characters to vote for on the Smash Ballot! Specifically, the one I made posts about.
The new Deus Ex looks awesome, can't wait.

SUPER MARIO MAKER LEVELS:
I changed it to "Travo Basic" to harken back to the old Gamespot days.
Yeah it shows your name on your system but others only see it if you choose.
