We know very little about the NX, that slide is the all the info. But the mobile deal has more details like nintendo buying 10% stock on that company and them handling a new nintendo online service that will connect all devices. Also nintendo said they would handle the handheld games and it will not be ports but new games using the existing ips.

I recall reading that Nintendo bought 30% of DeNA's shares (second largest shareholder) and DeNA now owns 10% of Nintendo's shares (10th largest shareholder).
