You could say that. I WOULD like to introduce him to my BFG!
That came out wrong didn't it...
I am actually hungry lets see what there is to eat around this place. (San Bernadino California if you are wondering,)
Oh Jesus. I am sorry. So, very, very sorry.
I know right, this place sucks. And I dont feel like driving an hour and a half to LA. I did fly into LA last night so I got to enjoy the night there, visited Hollywood, did some sight seeing. Then I had to make the drive, was stuck here all day and I still have some reports to do later. Meh, going to run out get some food and bunker down tonight.
You can at least have some In-N-Out burger products while you are there. Or visit the original McDonalds.
San Bernardino was once a great city, but it's now one of the worse three cities in the state.
NFS Rivals review is up.
Greg Miller's Gone Home pick for his favorite game is so weird to me. Am I crazy, am I some cold hearted bastard that has zero emotion.
;font-family:'Helvetica Neue', HelveticaNeue, Arial, sans-serif;background-color:rgb(242,242,243);">Once it started, the next two hours were a sea of emotions as the game I thought I was playing turned into something else entirely and something that was far more interesting than any spirit roaming the halls of the Greenbriar household. When I think about Gone Home, I feel the rain, hear the soundtrack, and get that bittersweet feeling I just can’t shake. Gone Home might not be the "best" game of the year, but for me, it’s the most beautiful game I've ever played.Really? REALLY? Does this man cry at every chick flick? The story is ok and to some I understand it can absolutely hit a very sensitive mark for some people. I dont think Greg fits into that last category, its a nice story but there are million books or movies that does this so much better. I don't get it.
When people gave Journey GOTY last year they let a genie out of a bottle. I won't take away Gone Home's strength's and the things it does well, but that's such a small range of things (based on what I've read anyway). It's just barely enough really count as a game. Jesus people the key word of Game of the Year is GAME!!! To me awarding a 2 hour game GOTY because it drew an emotional response is like awarding Fast Food Restaurant of the Year to the place that has the best salad.
In protest I will be giving my GOTY to whatever Call of Duty game came out this year.
Vader, can I assume that you've finished NES Remix? And if that's true is there any kind of ending on it? I'm about about 25 stars away from getting all 600, but these last ones are proving to beyond me. I'm just curious to know if there's an ending or a reward for hitting 3 stars on everything.
****EDIT**** Nevermind. I just got the credits to roll (at least some of them) after completing Remix II level #25. Still have 13 stars to go until I can unlock the final level, but I'm going to take a break for a while. Otherwise I'm going to break something. Now I can go play something that's not frustrating in the least bit like Wonderful 101.
Next Ace Attorney Title in Development
I'm a little over halfway through with Dual Destinies (maybe more, can't really tell), and honestly I'd rather them hold of on another Ace Attorney. Keep releasing DLC for it, but maybe make another Miles Edgeworth game? Please?
We need a localization on Ace prosecutor 2 first.
I'm hoping we'll see that now. Apparently Phoenix had pretty successful sales even as a downloadable only title. Hopefully that'll push Capcom in the right direction and they will localize it.
In other news a slightly unexpected but pleasant surprise is that my Vita is a first generation one (with the supposedly better quality screen). I was under the impression they were already only selling the new version with the not as great LCD screen. So yeah, I guess I should get around to playing it. I connected it to the PS3 and it's doing updates at the moment. I downloaded my two free games on the PS3 this morning so hopefully it won't take too long to trasfer those and then I'll be playing Tearaway! Yay?

I'm starting to think that common sense the way we understand it is a foreign country to some of these Japanese companies. You've already documented brilliantly all the ways in which Square-Enix is being obtuse. Atlus is even more stupid - they translate games to English and publish them in the US and then they don't publish them in Europe ... and Capcom is not far behind.
So, yeah I would't be surprised if your logical deductions didn't even go near the brains that make the decisions at Capcom

Raven you're not showing up on Miiverse, whatever you did fubared your profile. It says you haven't started using Miiverse yet. You show up on my friends list but you have no profile, no one can message you etc. Might want to try making a post on miiverse, see if it takes.
I have never used Miiverse. Not sure I want to either.
C'mon, it's fun.
I'm starting to think there might just be hope for Capcom. DuckTales Remastered showed that someone there is using their brain and realizing that there is a place for small games that make small profits. Originally it was going to be a digital download only game, but due to the response they went ahead and did a physical release for the game at a discount game price (only $5 more than the digital version). I don't think it got a real big run as far as the game's printing, but the fact that it even happened is a good thing.
Of course then I see they're worried about fashion in the world of Resident Evil and I see that small hope disappear.
Yeah it's fun. Try it. What's the matter? You scared?
Peer pressure didn't work on me when I was a kid, and it most certainly won't work now. I know of the vile things that goes on there.
