Didnt we have a thread by aspro about this DOH moments. That is pretty bad raven. Though that means you played it on hardcore mode.
All the characters are better in this game. NT did a great job. i am playing the Virgil DLC now, he plays very different. The combat is almost as good as older DMC games. So far for me its the best game I have played this year.
I kinda wish I hadn't upgraded everything, as the game has become a lot easier now. I will replay it on "harcore mode" someday, though. It was fun, but frustrating at times.
Lame.
God I hate it when you have to unlock the hardest difficulty.
I am staying over at a friends house and in it they have an original NES. I held it, so light as if it was hollow. To think that console is more responsible for lifelong gamers than probably any other. It changed my life. Man so many memories.
There is no unlockable difficulty mode in TR.
Then what the hell is hardcore mode? I saw no option for that when starting the game. (Or can't remember it at least.)
I just made it up. Its the term I used to describe what Raven went through.
Oh, I get it now lol.
Well, I still hate games that have unlockable difficulty levels.
We either have no manuals, or Nintendo throwing like 5 different languages in them & making them all as thick as an Elder Scrolls Strategy guide.
Same here. I also loved that Nintendo uses(used) a lot of color in their manuals. I couldn't stand the black and white ones that looked like someone made a late night run to Kinko's. I had some quirky tastes about my manuals.
Nintendo stopped doing paper manuals with the 3DS (and though I have never handled a U game case I expect that it's the same as well).
I liked paper manuals when they were pretty and colourful and had backstory in them or trivial bits of information. Like old Nintendo manuals

My Tomb Raider review is up, go read it. I wrote it at like 2AM last night so I am not even sure I covered everything I wanted to cover.
