Confession Time: I got bored of OoT on 3DS before even getting the last Stone in the Childhood Part of the game and I sold it...

Even though I've always liked Red Faction (except maybe the 2nd game, which was pretty average) I can't say I'll really miss the series that much. I think part of its problem was each game was so different that they weren't really like part of a franchise at all. They never established an identity for the series. The 1st game was a PC style, Half Life inspired FPS. The 2nd game was an arcade style, Timesplitter's inspired FPS. The 3rd game was a 3rd person open world game inspired by Mercenaries...etc.
