New Morbid Angel and new Arch Enemy both come out June 7th. Steelattack....this is too much true metal for one day!
Sweet. I wonder if new releases show up on the itunes store. I might pick up a card for these two records.
I've pretty much exhausted the Avadon - The Black Fortress demo. I'll buy the game once I feel comfortable with paying the price. The game seems sweet enough, my impressions are pretty much as positive as when I first mentioned it. It's perhaps a bit too straightforward, but a lot of the demo is meant as a tutorial. Here are all the screenshots I took, just from the demo areas. It was fairly varied and the areas are large and often multilayered with dungeons and such as large as the surface area.

Anyone excited for the new Assasin's Creed?
I loved the first 3 so yeah!
Not-so-shy Guy:
Haven't played Brotherhood yet but I'm sure I will love it when I do and I loved the first 2, so yeah I'm also excited even though I think I would be even more so if it was a different setting and not another one in the Ezio/Renaissance Italy setting

What the?
How can you just nonchalently show up and post without explaining where you've been for the last few... months or years? Hey guy
Yeah the rewards program got me a gba player for the GC which was like £40-50 also got me the Zelda GC collection which had OOT, Majora and Zelda 1 and 2 plus a Wind Waker demo and retrospective videos. It also got me the Super Mario Galaxy soundtrack CD.
I'm waiting for a non-Ezio Italy one before I pick up the next.

Played Sin and Punishment 2 up to the turtle boss which clings onto the walls.
Not sure what to make of it. Probably not my sort of on rails game. I prefer HOTD style where single shots matter, instead of hold button down for continuous machine gun fire.
Controls are sublime, makes the N64 sin and punishment seem like a cruel joke, you could not play this game with a standard pad. Graphics are great, environmentally at least, smooth frame rate lots of stuff going on. Human character models are beyond ugly, not only worse than Dreamcast's best, but hideously designed in art terms too. The main boy - if you can call him that - wears thigh high white boots, little boy shorts and a sleeveless waiscoat/fishing jacket. And has a giant golf ball on his back.
The story and cutscenes and voice acting are nonsensical rubbish and terribly acted. But who cares about that? It's a fast paced arcade style shooter which is pretty inventive. It's okay so far, not loving it yet.
Same here, though they're starting to release these games at that certain pace where its a bit too much of a good thing, and I can see myself getting burned out on this next one. They need to slow down the releases.
Man fuckin' A....The Witcher 2 is coming out fuckin' soon and is as must buy as anything coming out this entire year...and I'm totally unprepared for it. For those of you who haven't played the 1st one, trust me when I say its one of the best RPG's this generation has seen, right on the level of Mass Effect & Elder Scrolls. I need to get this game....not just want to.
Fuck.
BTW been playing Fable 3 finally. Starts off a tad slow and a tad weird compared to the others, but once you get about an hour or two into it, it gets just as great as the others. There actually seems to be more exploration this time than usual. Nice art also.
A friend of mine whom I met this morning told me that despite being part of Ezio's story the new one is set in Istanbul, which could be interesting
