          I played through Condemned on the PC, one of the few current gen games I could play on my rig. It was a pretty good game, and I played the second one for a little bit, and I think the first one is much better even though the second game has better combat and graphics.

Interesting you feel that way with Bayonetta. For me, it did feel like that at first, but once I got deeper into the game, the combat was very deep. What difficulty were you playing in? I felt God of War and DMC was button mashing and Bayonetta were those games on steriods!

But Bayonetta does feel like button mashing in the beginning, but it does feel like the gameplay is pretty deep once you get more into the game. I can understand why some can't get into it, though. I guess "this game isn't for everybody" also applies to Bayonetta since it's more of a niche game I think.

it is interesting. Usually I;d be all over this, but I've played ti three times in the last month and after the first time I sat with it (in which I posted effusively about how much I loved it) I have not been able to get into it.  I think that the camera is too far out from the character for me to feel like I'm actually doing anything (which as I have noted before is understandable give that Bayonetta is a vertical fighter as opposed to a horizontal one (like Kratos).  I love her as a character, I love all the crazy cutscenes, but when I am walking around with her, even out of battle, I feel like she is kind of 2 inches off the ground, like she's floaty.

I'd like to give it another try, since I love the cutscenes so much, but usally after I've given a game 3 chances I am done with it forever.

To answer your question, I am playing on the default difficult (which I assume would be "normal").

Oh and as far as the "what are you playing" goes, I've spent most of my time with VC with healthy doses of Pac-Man CEX.  I'm very proud of how I'm doing on that. I'm starting to get a lot of "S" ranks and getting pretty high up on the leaderboards.

Still waiting for Pac-Man CE Deluxe and even willing to double dip on Puzzle Quest 2 for the PSP.

Yeah. Good move on getting it while you can. I may have to do that. It's getting very rare and hard to find.

Also, Amazon is selling it at $50! So I have to try to find it as soon as I can.
