No, Ask has a crappy memory.
Holy shit it does look amazing!!! Looks like it might even top Lost Odyssey! The combat system looks fun, real-time strategy. The graphics and production values are awesome. And the game seems much more gritty and edgy than any Final Fantasy game...kind of a direction I wanted FF to take that they never did. The characters appear even less prettyboyish than Lost Odyssey's cast and even further away from the typical FF style. I'm fucking loving what I'm seeing here.
Its a crime if Nintendo doesn't push this game as hard as a typical Zelda/Metroid release.

...meh...
Who?
I'm sure there's a lot more variety to the environments than what they're showing here though. In a way the game kind of strikes me as more in line with the PS1 masterpiece Vagrant Story....almost like a spiritual successor, than Final Fantasy.
I still can't believe that my two most must have RPG's coming out in the near future are fucking Nintendo published...
For those wondering I'm in a funk right now. Things that I usually enjoy aren't appealing to me. Gaming and internet use are two of those things. I can't seem to find the enthusiasm to do anything lately. I'd rather lie on my bed in silence and stare at the ceiling.
My phone wasn't returned and I had to spend a couple of hours in a police station for a fraud report. The battle for compensation now begins.
Also I think we're getting a little ruder to each other than usual, which isn't nice to read. E3 has ended so the gaming news is drying up. Wimbeldon is over, World Cup is ending. Mario Galaxy 2 is over.
EDIT: Oh yeah and Blu ray is a bust. Got my first bluray movie and it looks no different from a good DVD transfer being upscaled on the same damned player. It doesn't look as good as the HD world cup matches or documentaries I've been watching. But I guess it might be because it's on a 720p TV.
Happens to me all the time man...I go through phases where my two favorite hobbies, gaming and music, just get burned out and I don't wanna bother with them. The problem is that I live and breathe them to such an extent that they can become tiresome and boring if I don't back out for awhile. I also go through this with forum posting...sometimes I feel like its a big waste of my time so I stop for awhile.
My advise to you is to go do something else for awhile. Get into working out or sports, or get out and try to find a cool girl. Then the itch will come back to ya!!
I'm not tired of these things, I just feel a total lack of enthusiasm for like, everything. I can't be bothered.
Nothing wrong with taking a break from things if you don't feel it's worth your time. I do it all the time. though no one ever notices when I'm not here because I'm completely unloved.
All I can suggest is to do or play something you normally never would. Getting out of your comfort zone is the quickest way to get back into old habits assuming you want to.

Finished Killzone 2 last night. Great game. Fantastic visuals and intense gameplay, especially the last battle. I tried some online multiplayer and it was quite fun. I'll definitely have to put some more time in to get more trophies and want-not. Can't wait for Killzone 3.
Started up Ratchet & Clank Future: Tools of Destruction, very nice looking game. It's clean and colourful. Solid gameplay and some pretty funny moments, should be a lot of fun playing through this game.
Nice Famitsu score for Monster Hunter Frontier Online. I still need to pick up Tri but I'm really hoping they bring this game out in North America as well.
Sounds so easy, inexpensive and intuitive.
He also said that the team had to be separated onto a super secret floor and NDAs kept everything secret. And even though the demo was of MGS 3, that might not be what the new game will be based on.
My brother tells me that you can basically run through most of the game in Killzone 2 without even bothering with enemies. Is this true?
