Not really my kind of game, but who's interested? I waited so long to get Ikaruga on cube that in the end I forgot to get it at all.
Final Fantasy VII was a great game. I'm kind of tempted to download it on PSN and play it again, along with FFVIII and FFIX.
Sin & Punishment 2 is a dream game. For me it stands for all that is great about gaming. Past, present and future!
So, having said that, it is in your best interest to purchase a copy of the game ... like now. Failure to do so will force me to take down your names and hand them to Iga who will then promptly proceed to deal some serious justice ...
You've been warned.

I've tried quite a few Treasure games in my time. The only one I really liked was gba's Astro Boy. Oh and Guardian Heroes.
I don't really like N64 Sin and Punishment using a stick to control the reticule and convoluted controls for everything else. I wouldn't even consider S&P2 if it didn't have IR aiming. Really the reviews have suprised me for this game as it wasn't even on my radar. Now it's a sort of maybe.
think about the N64 game... then consider that in no2 you can use the jet-pack to move anywhere across the 2D spread of the screen with the nunchuck (not just left-right and jump) and that you aim anywhere with the ease of IR. This game fits the wii controls like hand in glove.
also i think the reviewers appreciate the rarity that such a game is in today's scene (i can't think of another high production shooter like this). old school yet more modern than anything else.
i know this sounds cliche but this truly is a love-letter from treasure

I know, I know. It looks really good but I'm just more interested in NMH2, SMG2, Metroid Other M, Monster Hunter Tri, Assasins Creed 2 etc etc.
Which unfortunately leaves S&P2 in a hobo purchase position

I think it would be very wise for both Nintendo and Sony to start taking Apple seriously on the handheld front, Microsoft too if they ever decide to jump into that area of gaming. Apple has steadily been gaining foothold in this aspect without ever having to specifically target it with a "gaming focused" system.
Can't fault you really for wanting any of those games as I either own or have them pre-ordered myself. Hope you will manage to save up for S&P2 as well.

That's a double edged sword. Nintendo is already trying to compete with Apple as far as the DSiWare. Compete may be too strong of a word, but they're following a model that Apple put in place and as a result, DSiWare is just chock full of crappy $2 mini-games. Sony is even going that way with PSN Mini's. And personally I don't like that direction. Downloadable games don't have to just be microgames that are good for 5 minute bursts.
Hopefully, they'll be very careful with this. I'd hate to see handheld gaming reduced to what it is with an iTouch.
couldn't agree more

About LaTD, if you speed through it, no side missions and stuff its only like 26 missions, 10-15 hours or so.
Batman is incredible, ignore Foolz.
S&P2 is hobo delight, that will be one sweet game to get at $10.
I've deleted the irrelevant parts of your post.
