The June issue of Future’s Official Nintendo Magazine goes on sale next week in a special collectors’ package to celebrate the launch of Nintendo’s biggest Wii game of 2010.
Ahead of Super Mario Galaxy 2 hitting UK stores on Friday 11th June, from Wednesday 12th May Official Nintendo Magazine offers gamers six limited edition covers and a set of exclusive badges, as well as the only review that matters. With a spectacular ten-page review, Official Nintendo Magazine has the definitive verdict on the latest and greatest Mario game.
With Mario and Yoshi starring on the special collectors’ packaging, gamers will find their Official Nintendo Magazine hidden away inside boasting one of six special covers. Showcasing the biggest gameplay innovations in Super Mario Galaxy 2, the five covers available on the newsstand feature Blimp Yoshi, Rock Mario, Light Yoshi, Drill Mario or Cloud Mario, evenly split across the print run. The sixth and final cover is only available to subscribers and features ONM-exclusive artwork. The package is rounded off with an exclusive pack of four Nintendo badges – with a Mario or Zelda themed set to collect.
Zero flaws?!
I think the remote was the new toy that everybody had to try. Without it you just have a normal console only with weaker tech specs.
Well the combat is too simplistic. But it's so easy it's never really a problem in the sense of one saying "I hate that and it marrs the overall experience"
Also too unresposive and it just doesn't work consistently.
But more importantly the structure of the game is completely broken IMO.
How so?
I've only got 2 items so far.
The ONLY review that matters? Yeah fucking right.

I picked up FFVII on my PSP a month or so ago, right after I finished Crisis Core. It was hardly my first time playing it. I think I actually picked up on launch back in 1997, though the last time I played it was back in 2004.
It was fun, but at the same time I couldn't play all the way through. My tastes have clearly changed quite a bit since then. There's actually too much story in it. Too many times I make it to a town and get stuck in a 10 minute story segment and all I want to do to is just stay at the inn so I can keep fighting.
Still if it's your first time going through you'll probably like it. The story gets a little convoluted at times because so much of it told through flashbacks, but if you can keep it all straight it's pretty good. And I'll also make a suggestion to spend as much time on Chocobo breeding as you can. During the last third of the game you can do a lot of exploring but you have to have some exotic breeds of chocobos to reach those locations.
That looks like it belongs in a Mana game.
“… Probably the other thing that we are desperate to realise is the core [online] business structure,” Nintendo’s Entertainment Analysis and Development boss told us. “Do we need to demand customers pay monthly fees to enjoy online activities? Or give an online subscription that is free of charge, but then offer something extra for people that pay, so that they get some extra value? With these core business strategies I think we are less active than we should be.”
