Holy shit man that's crazy! Glad they got caught, I can't even imagine assholes busting into my house. It would be the last thing they ever did if I was awake.
Details are a little sketchy, the police tried to pull over the car, the driver refused so there was a chase. Then apparently they fled the vehicle, locking it before they left.
So now the police have 3 people in custody but have to try and link them to the car.
The car is with forensics. They came over to take prints. Apparently they jammed the door open with a tool. They say they have recovered some items, sketchy on what exactly.
The police are going to charge us for the towing of the recovered car to their labs and back to her house, WTF?

Tell me to get back to rewriting this site so it's not horrible on mobileThe ffffuck?!?!
That would be funny. They recovered the cash these bastards took out of the bank account it seems. But still no word on the laptop, jewellery etc.
Yeah and since they stole mums handbag and wallet, including credit cards and bank cards, how could she pay it anyway?
I gots Endless Ocean 2 today!
And played all of 15 minutes.
It's glorious. Talk about upping the stakes. All the awesome stuff you see in the trailers happens within the first few minutes of the game.
The characters are facing you and talking in a group, there is tons of dialogue which even in the first few minutes brings the characters to life.
Oh the graphics are a definite step up, about 30% more detailed from what I can see. Bloody hell the opening lagoon type section has like 4 times as many fish in that scene than the lagoon in the first game.
The only thing that bugs me is so minor. I'm used to pressing -(minus) to auto swim and here they've switched it to + (plus)
I would be playing the hell out of this game if I could, instead I'm having to deal with post - burglary fallout.
Yeah that sucks to hear about the burglary and that tow charge is incredibly lame. Good to hear that they're recovering some of the stuff.
You know what, those digitized picks actually work for me. Bold move on their part. I'll wait for the previews to see how it controls, but unless it is crazy-waggle only then I'll get this one at launch.
Awesome.
Sakamoto on Other-M,
"Said Sakamoto, "This project between three companies, which we call Project M, is progressing extremely well." It's a big project, he explained, so there has been some trouble here and there. However, the development staff works through the problems together.
Sakamoto went into just a bit more depth when pressed by the magazine.
"This Metroid is being developed with the aim of the ideal form of the old Metroid," said Sakamoto. Team Ninja's knowhow is being put to use in creating the Metroid world and in moving the "2D jump action game" into "3D action." Sakamoto believes the quality will fully satisfy players.
More intriguingly, he said "It's a game that can be realized because of the Wii."
Fat cops? LOL
Thanks guys. The three guys in custody are refusing to reveal their real names or addresses so the police are taking them to the magistrate to hold them for longer. Seems that they are gypsies or something. It's possible the ATM took a photo of them removing the cash from the machine. Still unclear whether its of a high enough quality to be used in evidence.
All they need to do is have it control with the wiimote sideways, 1 and 2 to run and jump, shake mote to pass or shoot. Instead from what I've read it sounds like some pointless motion + chuk BS.
I love the digitised heads, I played the hell out of NBA Jam on the SNES back in the day, I like arcade simplicity, they dont need to F*** that up.
WTF happened to this game
Used to be Gladiator A.D. Oh shit, looks like SEGA has forced to bring the rating down from mature to fricking kid. Where is the blood and gore from before. Oh crap this is a terrible sign in general of what publishers are going to be doing with wii games for demographics.

Become a Legend in Epic Weapon & Magic Duels
SAN FRANCISCO (February 3rd, 2010) – SEGA® of America, Inc. is excited to announce a new project in partnership with developer High Voltage Software - Tournament of Legends™. Exclusive for Wii™, Tournament of Legends is a weapon and magic based 3D-fight game featuring some of the biggest playable characters on Wii. Each fighter is based on a legend from world mythology: the Minotaur, a powerful Gladiator, Gorgon, Stone Golem, Valkyrie and other well-known and powerful characters. The game is scheduled for release on May 18th, 2010.
Tournament of Legends features epic battles in fantastic fighting arenas where they will wield mythical blade weapons, launch 40 magic attacks, and dodge giant mythological creatures that protect the battle lairs. In intense one and two-player fights, players master a range of character and weapon based magic attacks; including unleashing, amongst others, a man-eating lion, Jupiter’s Storm, Thor’s Fury and a nest of venomous snakes.
Tournament of Legends strives to offer even the most sophisticated Wii gamer a rich weapon fighting experience. Players will be able to switch weapons and enchantments with other characters or compete in various Wii Remote™/Nunchuk™ controller challenges which include dodging giant mythological creatures or restoring health and armor during fights. The game also features an Interactive Training mode and supports the Classic Controller™.
Tournament of Legends cinematic effects and graphics are fueled by the High Voltage Software Quantum 3 engine, designed and optimized for Wii. Large, 3D mythological fighters move fluidly. Fighting arenas, characters, and magical attacks are polished by advanced real-time lighting, blended animation, cinematic color curves, and more. And the fighters’ mythic journeys are told through beautifully hand drawn in-game cinematics.
“Tournament of Legends is a perfect Wii game” said Sean Ratcliffe, Vice President of Marketing at SEGA of America. “High Voltage are delivering yet another fantastic looking game and their roster of gods, demons and warriors is unlike any other brawler out there. I can imagine that fathers and sons will be using a quick fight on Tournament of Legends as the ultimate tie-breaker in family disputes!”
"With Tournament of Legends, we want to take the Wii weapon-based fighting to a bigger place. Along with a wide selection of blade weapons and animated magic attacks we’ve achieved rich graphical effects and detailed, epic characters with the Quantum 3 engine. The mythological characters are some of the biggest 3D playable characters on Wii.” said Eric Nofsinger, COO of High Voltage Software.
Tournament of Legends is set to release on May 18th, 2010 exclusively for Wii.
Yeah, it's nice to have a new look in gaming, this has not been done yet right (at least since the 5th generation). If it supports sideways wiimote with button input, I will get at launch. It is likely to be a $39 title as well I'm thinking.
Should tap into the same NSMBWii nostalgia for a lot of people. I don't know anyone who did not play this on the 16 bit consoles or in the arcade.
