No save feature? That sucks. I wonder how long the game is then.
No.
This must be a joke that flew above my head.
): Gut me now. NSMBW and HOTD don't deserve that.
I think what our antipodean associate is saying is that the Italian ladies shout "It's a sausage", cunningly implying that a sausage appears in form to be a male genital, and that the ladies are shouting out for intercourse, or perhaps merely a view of the protagonist's penis.
...Oooooh! Then yes. They want to see my sausage.
Two thumbs up.
RPG Maker for DS. If this has wifi support and is released in the west I can see this community making some bad-ass RPGs.

That was posted in GAF about a month ago. Some say its fake. But we've already seen assets from their cancelled flight game. Check the factor 5 thread.
So no, then.
So you buy this and not Lost Winds 2? Grrrrrrrrrrrr
How long is this game? Contra Rebirth was short, 5 stages short.
Bitches copying Overkill make me want to triangle choke them.
Consideirng people like Archie still refuse to buy it, I'm gonna say not a single one of those people would have bought it anyway. At least it's getting played.
Vader said he always thinks that the Italians are just repeating different foods.
But I like apsro's explanation.
Silent Hill: Shattered Memories Giantbomb Review 4/5
So now this game has 4 triple A reviews and still no one biting?
It’s as if the Puzzle Platformer genre never existed before WiiWare. Anyone crazy about the genre will find WiiWare to be godsend, with yet another Puzzle Platformer released on Nintendo’s online game service. The Magic Obelisk, like countless other WiiWare titles falls into the genre, and I couldn’t be happier.
I don’t understand why Game Arts decided to change the games name during localization. The games original title was “Shadow Walker,” which tells much more about the game than “The Magic Obelisk.” Perhaps they were trying to be vague.
Lukus and Popo, Walking on Shadows
The game tells the story of a spirit named Lukus, who is so allergic to sunlight that if he stays in it for too long, he will become a tree. To help him in his adventures is his fairy-ish friend Popo, who helps make shadows for him to walk through using Magic Obelisks. Some Obelisks don’t just cast shadows. Light Obelisks cast harsh sunlight, to give life to withering plants. Wind Obelisks let Lukus float. Ice Obelisks cast ice, freezing enemies, and letting Lukus skate about like Brian Boitano.
The concept is simple enough, and one I don’t recall ever seeing. Many puzzle platformers run together, and seeing a new concept pulled off well is refreshing. The game is controlled with the sideways WiiRemote, and controls easy enough. Pressing 1 makes Lukus follow you, which doesn’t always work as well as you’d like it to. Even when you’ve made a safe path for him, he is sometimes squeamish and goes in a completely different direction.
Figure Skating I can get behind
It’s easy enough in the beginning; there isn’t much in the way of difficulty when all you have to worry about is make shadows for Lukus to walk through. As the game progresses, you’ll find that in order to reach your destination, you must help others along your way, adding a good bit of variety to what unfortunately becomes a rather drab adventure by the time you reach Chapter 10.
Despite having an original concept, the games graphics are easily the high point. It’s as if Wind Waker and Paper Mario had a Puzzle Platforming Baby. Cell shaded meets storybook graphics. I sincerely hope Game Arts chooses this kind of art direction with their future endeavors.
The Awesome-Storybook + Cell Shaded Graphics
-Most original puzzle platforming concept since Lost Winds
-Challenging, at times annoyingly so
-Unresponsive Lukus
-Feels a bit trite after ten levels
VerdictThe Magic Obelisk might not be on the same calibur as Lost Winds, but it’s still worth your time and money if you call yourself a puzzle platforming fan. Come for the puzzles, stay for the charm.
Score: 7/10I'd like to try it. If only there was demo.
Yay! Thanks to Spirit's kindness I now have Castlevania Rebirth and like dvader says this game is FANTASTIC! The music isn't quite as good as other games and I don't like that picking up a different sub-item completely replaces the previous one the rest of the game is great. There looks to be a number of secret areas and alternate paths that increase replayability. Another great addition to the "Rebirth" games and a very good game for $10.
Length man, length.
Contra rebirth was too short. Let me know.
And why aren't you guys getting this instead?
Where are Steels Rabbids impressions?
I just played some 2 player NSMB. Some courses other people are never going to do. So what is my choice here? Forge ahead and let them die? Some parts require wall jumps which you cannot do when you are holding another character.
Nintendo said that their trail for the demo program would end sometime in January and then they'd evaluate the results. From what I can tell it was extremely successful. All the games demo'ed made it back into the top 20 downloads for at least two weeks except for poor NyxQuest.
So now that it's a proven success it would only make sense to open up a wider demo program. We can only hope anyway. Nintendo doesn't necessarily follow common sense when it comes to online programs.
I think they have the hots for you! You sexy beast, you!
