I finally got further in the game, only to be killed by the mummy, cyclops boss. And there is even a third coffin that contains a Gargoyle. Damn.
Played some World of Goo, finally finished the second level OCD. Man that was difficult.

To answer your questions:
(1) First game is The Dark Spire for the DS. Pretty much Wizardry DS.
(2) Two RPGs, one SRPG.
(3) If I were El Fuerte, you would have to rotate me 180 degrees forward, make Sakura a blonde-headed Swedish dude, strip us both naked and... Yes, both!
(I believe we were both making the same faces as the two of them, too, now that I think about it...)
