I'm not really seeing that in the new images or in that trailer. I hope it wasn't abandoned, but it looks like they went with a more standard style.
I've heard it's still there just that the trailer is in crappy quality.
The RE game... or whatever it's going to be... is probably going to be afterthought material. If it's a port of REmake or RE0, to hell with that--I don't see how they could benefit significantly from the Wiimote and I can just use the Wii's backwards compatibility with the GC versions, anyway. If it's a port of REC: VX, they'd better touch it up significantly, RE0/REmake style. If it's a remake of RE2 or RE3, it'd better be just as good as REmake (which I still don't have).
I hope we're not going to be "very happy" about another on-rails game.
They've already announced REmake and RE0 ports for Japan.

Some Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts & Bolts dlc eh? Right on, I'm all for that. It really is a fantastic game. I wonder what the new content will be and when it will be released. Looking forward to more info.
I tried to buy Banjo-Kazooie N&B on Thursday, but my local Gamestop was sold out. They recently dropped the price down to $30 which may be why they didn't have any. Oh well, I'll get it another time.
I ended up buying Forza 2 for $13 instead, and it is pretty awesome! I wasn't sure if I'd like it considering it's a sim racer, but I've been playing it a LOT since Thursday afternoon.
I just recieved my last issue of Nintendo Power. I decided a while back that I wasn't going to renew it, and they've badgered me to death for the past four months trying to get me to renew. The more they nagged, the less I wanted it.
Exactly what kind of game was Code Veronica? My experience with RE is pretty limited. I loved RE 4 but when I went back to try REmake I didn't like it at all and so based on that I never really explored much more of the series. Regardless this will be very disappointing if the new Wii game is another remake.

Code Veronica is a direct sequel to RE2 which continued Clare's storyline. It plays similar to RE1, 2, and 3, and was a great game 9 years ago on Dreamcast.

Too bad because Nuts & Bolts is really awesome. Maybe you find it somewhere else or later on. Yeah I love Forza 2 as well, it's an excellent sim-racer where no matter your skill level you'll always feel that you're getting somewhere in the game.
I never read the Watchmen comics either but the movie looks very cool and I'm looking forward to watching it.
