Wingstop chicken wings. Their cajun flavor... so good.
Food is only comforting when you are hungry.
If we remove the fantasy element and only include what is possible now then home grown vegetables and fruit.

My homemade Mac & Cheese. I make it with brown rice macaroni, 2% reduced fat Velveta cheese, sautéed onions and mushrooms.

I'll be honest, I was just saying a food I really like. If I'm miserable or nervous I lose my appetite completely.

I have a splitting headache, so while waiting for the podcast to be prepared for you all I tried to think of something calming.
Comfort food. What is your favorite? The meal that if you could snap your figures it would appear and from the moment you take your first bite, or perhaps just the sight or aroma can take you to that safe, tranquil place?
Mine is mashed potato combined with pretty much anything.
