Here it is:
You pretty much ended the thread in your opening post. Well there are a few more notable ones. Like the first time they showed Galaxy at E3. I was very excited about Zelda before E3, but when they shown Galaxy I totally forgot about all the other games.
It was weird with Mario walking around spheres and disk shaped object, and yet it was familiar. And then they showed the name Super Mario Galaxy. As a kid I always dreamed what the sequel to Mario World could be. Mario Solar System did not sound right, so I skipped that and went to Galaxy. Thinking the sequel to World would be Galaxy and after that Universe. So in my mind the game was a sequel just for me.
And let's not forget the first Brawl trailer. Ohh when we saw Pit and Metaknight. How we got an erection for sexy butt Samus, and Wario's fart had us all laughing. The music was also awesome, but then we saw Snake. At first we were not sure if they were announcing a new Metal Gear game, but it soon became clear, that it's show time.
My favorite trailer is Zelda Wind Waker Spaceworld 2001Trailer. Just awesome! I still can't comprehend the negative responce it got.
I remember being disappointed by that Zelda TP trailer because it wasn't cell shaded like Wind Waker (my favorite Zelda game by far).
Most of the MGS trailers are rad. The E3 2000 MGS2 (the 10 minute one) trailer and some of the MGS4 ones are fantastic. Though the 15 minute MGS3 trailer at E3 2004 takes the cake.
Why? It's the only trailer that will make me tear up. Thanks to it including stuff from the end of the game (specifically, the last cutscene).
The first Brawl trailer where we finally got WARIO and SNAKE is also quite rad.
Second, you chose the wrong Twilight Princess trailer!

No, I chose the right one. It was hard to find one without the cheering without using Youtube.
My favorite one of all time was the trailer for Chrono Cross. Nothing ever got me as excited to play as game as that one did. ANd the first time I watched it I think I still only had a 14.4 modem so downloading this was literally a day's labor but it was sooooo freaking good: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4Akx4UCx0R0
More recently I liked the most recent Punch-Out trailer. Really got me pumped for the game - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tced3sAge4o
And that Smash Bros trailer that showed Snake for the first time got me pretty damned giddy too.

Same here. The MGS4 trailers were pretty funny too.
I don't really remember many trailers.
The only one I remember properly happens to be the favourite too. Twilight Princess at E3 2004. Just, the reaction was amazing.
And Ocarina of Time Euro adverts "Will you get the girl or play like one?"

I believe the Oot US commercials used the same music as TP, but TP used it better.

I always found that commercial to be a little creepy because it's not what the WW story is about at all.
Which trailer got you most excited to play the game? No matter what you think about the finished product, the trailer was the most eye popping, thrilling, astonishing, breathtaking video of godliness you have ever seen.
For me it was when I saw the first Twilight Princess trailer at E3.
Remember how awesome it was? Link riding out to kick some ass! Remember the music? It should be mandatory that the Conan theme is put into every Zelda game from now to forever. Nintendo must do this.
