Foolz is like water, he will always find a lower level.

But I haven't finished Yakuza 2, Dead Souls or even started Yakuza 4 yet so you'd stil be stuck with Yakuza for at least another 5 years I'd say.

This is an intervention.

Finish Yakuza 2. Play Yakuza 4.

If you can do this I pledge to replay Yakuza 4 at the same time.

But only if you take these steps in the next 4 months.

Together, we can get you through this.

The intervention is to get me to play more Yakuza? LOL

I think you might be doing it wrong...

I would say Call of Duty but as Archie says, they'd be insane to stop milking it now with how popular it is.

In its place, I say Ratchet & Clank.

It is a great franchise, I loved the 1st few games on the PS2. But they made way too many of them and they've just been the same shit over and over....just stop. And I know its not insanely popular so they have no reason to milk it outside of a lack of ideas.

I'll have you know there are so many freaking Harvest Moons out there that even if they stopped making new ones it'd be a decade until I was caught up. Once they moved to 2 installments a year it got too hard to keep up.

I was able to keep on top of it for a while there, but I gave up trying to buy them all years ago.

None. Even what I believe to be the shittiest franchises out there have a loyal army of followers that enjoy each new game more than anything else in the world.

Zelda. When long time fans start asking for Sci-Fi Zelda, you know it's time to end it.

LOL

I would kill off Metal Gear Solid and watch Konami flap about like a fish in a puddle. I feel like the series is so convoluted that it's not accesible to anyone who hasn't played every game at least twice. And not just the story, the controls too and the game is generally a hassle to play. It makes me feel like an outsider whenever I see the media get hyped about the next one. Even if I don't buy a game I like to feel like I could play it if I wanted too.

With MGS I see a giant 'do not enter' sign on the front door.

no worse than splinter cell (which you sort of like) and most other "tom clancy" games.  wouldn't mind never seeing the likes of those (ghost recon, rainbow six ... what have you) again actually.

Yeah I find Splinter Cell muuuuuch easier to play than MGS and the story is pretty much background noise to me.

GRAW, Rainbow Six I have no love, or hate for actually.
