Do you keep a spreadsheet with all your gaming data, Vader?

Backloggery and I have good memory.
Probably Final Fantasy for me, 1 through 7.
And Ratchet has 12 games? Sheesh.
All Metroids have been finished.
I've finished all Zeldas except the train one.
All of the Mario platformers except the NSMB on Wii and U.
Contra 1 and 3
All four Paper Mario games
2 Final Fantasy's.
Every Metal Gear except the Acid games.
All Arkham games
It's difficult to understand the OP without knowing what games count or not. When you say RE, I only count 1,2,3,CV,4,5,6. So when you say 26 games my mind is imploding.
And the mario games? I assume you mean all platformers, 2D or 3D?
Isn't Mario Land 3 the first Wario game? Technically a different franchise since it took off after that with Wario Land 2, 3, 4 and so on.

It's difficult for me to understand cause franchises have some weird entries. The main series in most is easy, but the side games get confusing, oh and then the remastets which I didn't count unless they had lots of new content.
With RE it's not to hard the main series is 1,2,3,CV, REmake, 0,4,5,6, revelations 1 and 2. Then there are three gun survivor games, two chronicles, two outbreaks, ORC, a mercenaries game, Gaiden, RE: DS

It is but it had the title super mario land 3, same as yoshi with super Mario world 2. Not sure how to classify those, I guess they are other franchises so in that case I have beaten all mario games.

LOL I completely forgot about RE Zero and Revelaitons.
Yeah I'd be useless trying to tot these up. I would assume mario platformers for me but hell knows. If you add stuff like RE Chronicles and other weird stuff.

Wizards and Warriors, Ironsword, 3.
Breath of Fire: 1, 2, 3.
King's Field 1, 2.
My list would look much like this.
Did I read recently that they're doing a new King's Field? I could be wrong...
From made all the King's Field games. Same as Demon's Souls, Dark Souls 1 & 2 and Bloodborne. Haven't heard about anything else new, but I wouldn't mind it!
Oooh this is an interesting idea. Okay let's see.
- Super Mario Bros would be 11 games if we don't break them into separate categories (2D vs. 3D), and assuming we don't count RPG spin-offs and the Yoshi games: SMB 1 - 3, World, Galaxy 1 & 2, Mario Land 1 & 2, NSMB Wii and Wii U, Super Mario 3D World.
- Castlevania is 8 games: CV 1 - 4, Castlvania X, SotN, Aria and Dawn of Sorrow
- Mega Man is 8 games since I've beaten the first 8 games. You could bump that to 9 if we count Mega Man X.
- Legend of Zelda is 8: LoZ, Adventure of Link, Link to the Past, Ocarina of Time, Majora, Twilight Princess, LBW, and Hyrule Warriors.
- Dragon Quest is 6 if we don't count the DQM games and the remakes/rereleases (I've beaten all three versions of Dragon Quest 3) - 1, 3, 4, 5, 8 and 9.
- Final Fantasy is 6, though we included "games you played right up until the last two hours, but you quit because you got bored" then the number would get bumped up to 10. Since we're not counting those, I've just beat 1, 4, 5, 6, 7, and Tactics.
- King's Quest is 6 - Installments 1 through 6.
- Leisure Suit Larry is 6 - Installments 1 through 7. My math isn't wrong. There was never a Leisure Suit Larry 4 (that was actually the joke of a plot of LS5)
- Space Quest is 5 - Installments 1 through 5.
- The Mana series is also 5. FF Adventure, Secret of Mana 2, Seiken Densetsu 3, Legend of Mana, and Sword of Mana (the remake, but vastly different remake of the original)
I think those are all the ones that have gone through 5 installments or more. I could probably include Street Fighter on the list, since I've beaten every installment with at least a handful of characters since SFII. I'll have to give it some thought though and see if there's possibly more I'm forgetting about. It actually seems kind of small as I look at it.
i was wondering if I completed every game in some of my favorite franchise. For the most part I usually complete all the main games but always a few side games or spinoffs I leave out. So I decided to check which franchises I have covered the most of, side games and all. You can do this as well, let's keep it to franhcises with 7 or more games only. These are franchses not brands, mario is in many different franchises, they are not all super mario.
Sonic the Hedghog (the platformer not the racing games) - Has 31 different games, I have beaten 24 of them, I am missing some game gear ones and the shit 3D soinofs like boom and shadow.
Resident Evil - Has 22 different games and I have beaten 20 of them. I am missing only the two light gun games survivor 1 and 2
Super Mario - Has 19 different games, I finished 18 of them missing only super Mario land 3. I should get that to complete the whole series.
Legend of Zelda - Has 18 main games, beaten every single one. It has five spinoffs (that cdi shit does NOT COUNT) of which I have played none. I do have hyrule warriors so I will get to that and I have always wanted to play BS zeldas. Tingle and a links crossbow I will never play.
Castlevania - Has 33 different games of which I have beaten 18. This series has a ton of japanese only released games, weird stuff like arcade games and cell phone games.
Metal Gear - has 16 different games and I have beaten 11 of them. I have never played the acid games or portable ops or the NES sequel.
Metroid - Has 11 different games and I have beaten all of them!!! We have a winner! Only cause metroid has just two spinoffs, makes it easy.
GTA - Has 13 different games and I have beaten 10 of them. I missed the 2D sequels and a GBC game.
Final Fantasy - This has too many franchises for all to be spinoffs so I will stick to the stuff related to the main games. It has 26 games and I have beaten 9 of them. I missed most of the early ones and I have not played one FF7 spinoff or most of the XIII related stuff, nor FFXI and never finished FFXII.
Mega Man - This one is near impossible to count, I am only counting the original series and only original games, there are tons of rereleases of the NES games in different formats. So there are 11 different Mega Man games and I have beaten 10 of them. There is some original GBA game called MM and Bass I never played.
Ratchet and Clank - has 12 different games and I have beaten 7 of them. I didn't play the ones outside the main series or the PSP ones.
Assassin's Creed - has 13 different games and I have beaten 5 of them. It has a ton of handheld games and I am backed up on the main series.
So I will stop there, in terms of beaten the most games of a franchise it's sonic. RE I have complete nearly all of a franchise with over 20 games. Metroid is the one where I have played everything. As you can see most of these are old franchises cause in the old days seauels we're pumped out like crazy, unless you are one of the annual series you don't get that many sequels in such a short time. The Castlevania list in particular is nuts, so many games. Clearly all my favorite franchises are represented and I will stay loyal to them.
So what about you? I suspect Leo to have the most crazy list.
