Darjeeling is considered the Champagne of teas, that is what I drink so try that.

But what you need to know is that there are teas which are (first shoot or first flush) which are the first crop of tea taken from the bush before they wait for a second batch of tea to grow. The first shoot is the best, it has a clean flavour with no bitterness or aftertaste. You can also get a Darjeeling Himalaya which is best drunk with no milk but with sugar, very nice. Try ebay to get bags of this, the lipton one is good.

Stay clear of the vile Lapsong which tastes like someone has thrown charcoal into your mug. Earl Grey is nice but quite strong and a quite distinct flavour.

Green tea is nice, no milk just a little sugar. It's suppossed to be good for you too.

Not that I'm aware of. People here usually drink coffee on regular cups, unless it's espresso, which is usually served in tiny-ass cups like the ones you said.

That's really more of a Cuban thing I think. But Cuban coffee is pretty dangerous. Drinking regular sized cups of their coffee will stop your heart.
