Switch game recommendations

Since I'm about 3 and 1/2 years late to the party on the Switch, there's a decently sized library out there for it. I'm pretty familiar with all the first party games (since I owned at least half of them on the Wii U), But I was curious if I might have missed something that didn't have a real high profile. Anyway if there was something really good that you enjoyed that might not have had the spotlight on it, because it was a third party or some indie game, please let me know. I probably won't get to it anytime soon since I've already got a handful of games to play with but I'd like to keep an eye out just in case they go on sale in the next few weeks or months.
Seems like there's a pretty good sale kicking off today, very fortunate for you.
I supose that there's no point in recommending 1st party stuff as that's a given, and most other stuff is multiplatform, so that leaves little to recommend...
- Mario Rabbids. Not the greatest game, but still very enjoyable Xcom light gameplay.
- Lovers in a Dangerous Spacetime. The greatest couch co-op game in existence. Up to 4 people pilot a spaceship together in 2D space. Not a platform exclusive, but it's just too good to pass up.
- Asphalt 9. It's a F2P racer with bit-sized challenges. There's plenty of content too and the grind isn't too bad. Reminds me a lot of the old Burnout games. And snowboarding.

Yeah, Mario vs. Rabbids is a definite recommend. Among Us is pretty fun for multiplayer. It's five bucks but you can play for free on your phone. My family have had a lot of fun multiplayer nights with it.
All right guys thanks so much. I will consider all of these. I already have Mario/Rabbids so that one is stretched off the list. Doom 64, Among Us, and Moon are going to be at the top of it.
Yeah I knew you would like Moon. Another RPG's you might like. Undertale if you haven't played it already. Also check out the Grandia collection. Some purist complain about a filter used, but is still Grandia 1 and 2.
Also you are our resident Dragon Quest fan so DQXIS is also recommended.

Yeah, Moon is definitely a game I've been curious about for a while. Looking forward to being able to give that a shot. Thanks for reminding me that it existed.
As far as DQXIS, I'm going to sit on that one for a while. I played the original when it came out and loved it, but dear God it is a long game. Too long really. I'm sure one day I'll get that itch to play it again, but not for a while.

I'd recommend getting a huge sd card and picking up 360 ports for less than the price of a burger.

Yeah I was not sure if you played DQXI on the PS4, but seeing as you are the resident DQ fan, it was required by law to recommend it to you!
Was also going to mention Octopath, but GG beat me to it!
One day, someone, somewhere is going to listen to my Monster Boy recommendation!
