Fancy ones that don't block out frequencies? They're brilliant.

Yes, really nice ones.  I paid about 25 euros for them I think.  I was hearing all the frequencies quite well but it was not painful.  I also didn't "hear" myself swallow which was a problem I had with earplugs before.

The only problem I had was every time I tried to speak to someone they couldn't hear me.  I just couldn't speak loud enough because I heard myself well when I spoke but nobody else could.

Well speaking of hearing...I can't hear shit after last night. Man that was LOUD. And I feel like shit...can't drink like I used to. I didn't think I drank that much, but still enough to make me throw up at 5am and I'm just starting to feel a little better now.

King Diamond stole the show...they sounded amazing and ripped through a set of their old classics from the late 80's, mostly off of "Abigail" & "Them". Slayer was good, but you could tell they were just going through the motions. Gary Holt was by far the highlight of their set. He was on fire while the rest of the band was just kind of there. They also played too many new songs which don't have the same magic as their old stuff...I could tell even in a live setting like that.

Hellyeah opened up for both, which is Vinnie Paul from Pantera's new band. Unfortunately, they suck bad. Pantera were my favorite band for years but this band just doesn't compare. Would much rather have had Phil Anselmo, Pantera's frontman's new band The Illegals there instead.

Sunny day + wind + long hair. Also saw a Camaro SS (rare in Australia), a Carrera S (not that rare, but I really like Porsches), and a McLaren MP4 doing a u-turn...first supercar I've seen not on a main road near here.

Occassionaly a mid-level supercar will be seen out here on my country roads, and my first and only reaction is "What dickhead would drive that on these roads?"

That's why you usually only see them on main roads in residential areas, rather than side streets. However, as long as literally every country road around there isn't complete shit, country roads are where you go to drive fast. I'm almost surprised it's occasional given that 75% of all sports cars listed in classifieds are in Queensland.

^That's because people buy them, drive them on our lousy road and then dump them.

Also, do dreads count as long hair? I thought it was more a build-up of human detritus more than hair.

I thought I was always 20 until a few weeks ago when I moved to 21.

Edit* I'm back to 20.

You still show as 21 under your avatar to me.  But when you click through you're ranked 20th.

I have, oh almighty and benevolent leader.  Also, Ninty's rank synced.  He's showing up as 20th throughout now.
