So you ripped extracts out of Archie's personal diary? Tut tut.
Anyway I'm glad you're really enjoying the system and games and hope you feel better soon.
I wish I had a good net connection upstairs so I could use my 20gb hard drive to buy some XBLA games. I seriously can't be bothered unhooking it and I don't even know how to configure the ADSL cable settings and all that.

Well I think it would certainly be worth the trouble.
To me it would be like unhooking the Statue of Liberty and taking it to the west coast.
Have to confess to feeling slightly envious of Leo and his brand new 360 and collection, but then again I only need to turn my head around and look at the shelves full of shrink-wrapped ps3 and wii games to realise it just wouldn't be a sensible thing for me to do...
not that i've always been the most sensible person mind you
Just took up the Helm of Noble-6 in Reach.
They say Only The Beginnings and the Ends of Things are Interesting. I played all of Halo 1, a bit of Halo 2, NONE of Halo 3 or ODST... or Wars (If that even counts!)... I already saw (via YouTube) how Halo 3 ends. The stuff in-between, I couldn't care less about, but Reach...? Strange compulsion to play it!
From what I can tell this is Halo through and through. Weapons? Check. Vehicles? Check. Frantic Firefights and Perfect Pacing? Check and Check. Love the Dramatic Music. Love the use of colors. Not everything in a "War" game needs to be brown and grey! Imagine that!
I'm playing on Normal now cause I haven't played a (Halo) FPS in a while. It seems almost a little too easy though. Maybe since it's just the beginning...?
The Graphical Details of this game are head and shoulders above any other Halo. It approached the "Realism" of a Call of Duty now... with a lot more of the scripted set-pieces those games seem to have.
There's just a feeling and distinct signature of any Bungie made game. This genre will not be the same without THEM developing this series anymore.
I just don't think Kotick will inspire/compensate this team well enough to reproduce a series of this magnitude. I'm just hoping working for Activision doesn't dilute and cheapen them!
In all seriousness. If the games that I purchased DO NOT interest you in the least, then go for a PS3.
360's exclusives are great and all, but PS3 is the more user-friendly, less compicated, FREE TO PLAY ONLINE, system of choice for a next-gen system.
Neither ... wait for the 3DS !!!
You know you're a handheld gamer at heart

You MUST like the games I have listed; everything else (for the most part) is multi-platform, so the benefits of a PS3 outweighs that of a 360.
The ONLY danger that still remains: If developers believe that more people own a 360 and design a multi-platform game for IT first, it doesn't translate very well to PS3. (Bayonetta, for example!)
...I wonder what the lead platform for CastleVania: Lords of Shadow is...?!
WHERE THE HELL IS ASK?! I'm DYING to try out CastleVania: Harmony of Despair with him ! ? ! ? !
Who else has a 360...?
Got Archie and Travo. Sent a undeliverable request to Steel. Waiting for Ask and Hamster. Added Homer and Aspro...
Who am I missing?
I never realized how many of us HAD 360's...!
Just tried out Fable 2 this morning, cuz, you know, I couldn't do anything crazy... like SLEEP...
I actually LIKE the graphical style. I LOVE the Moral Meter already, even though most of it is simple "Do this Good Action" or "Do this Bad Action."
I love the Voices, I love the detail of the town and people.
I already FUCKING LOVE my dog!
Pet, pet! Go fetch the Rubber Ball, Boy! Good boy! Pet, pet! LOOK OUT FOR THOSE BEETLES! Good boy! Pet, pet! You found me a TREASURE CHEST?! Good boy! Pet, pet! KEEP AWAY FROM MY DOG!
I love how he follows you loyally, tirelessly, always looking at you with such simple admiration...
Who needs a SISTER? I got myself a DOG!
I like how Fighting differently earns you different Glowing, Colored Experience Orbs, you can THEN use to Power Up what you want.
So far, SOOO Good!
Again, WHY don't they have games like Fable on ANY other system?!
