Mine would be Jazzpunk, if it had new chapters. Or a game like Skyrim/ Morrowind.

Rocksmith maybe, with a steady supply of songs to learn.

Tetris is a good call. I think I could get by with Harvest Moon: Magical Melody though.

I've been playing Super Mario Bros. for 25 years already, so that's a pretty good bet for me.

Online multplayer shooter is a good answer, as is tetris (which I considered), but I like the idea of being to explore.

Not bad. I stopped playing for a while when I took my PC in for some tinkering (most stuff I had was uninstalled), but I had at least half a dozen songs (rhythm) under my belt. I'm reinstalling it this weekend.

I think Meteos would make a good candidate for me.  I played that game to death on the DS, or close enough to make no matter.  The save system crapped out on me because my battery died on me while the game was saving.

One game for the rest of your life? None. A game I will be playing regularly forever, SMB, zelda, stuff like that.

A huge Animal crossing game with regular DLC and the ability to visit basically anybody online from any region would be cool. Also if there were territorial differences, for instance when visiting someone in Japan there was ye olde Japanese styled buildings and gift shops etc.

I haven't figured mine out yet, but it's because I've been mullng starting a topic of my own for quite a while, but have had reservations.

I want to do something like "Let's Talk about Replayability" but there's ONE major problem with that: Most people here are one and done, meaning you'll play one game as fast as possible and move on to the next. Does anyone here replay games?

Yup. I finished TR 5 times. I've been playing Simcity 5 and The Sims 4 for over 8 months now; I just start a new city or house every month. I keep coming back to various SMB and Mario Kart games. Classic arcade games, of course.

I'm usually that guy, but there are some I love exploring over and over.  Can I cheat and choose Metroid Prime Trilogy?  If not, I'd choose MP1.         As much as I love Zelda OoT and MM, I'm not sure I'd play them over and over.  I'd love to take an Arkham game because there can be infinite replay ability with the challenges and hidden secrets.

I'm very much pro-replay, perhaps to a fault.  Even long RPGs if I really like them tend to get replayed -- I've finished Baten Kaitos and Tales of Symphonia 3 or 4 times each.  You may also refer to my 7 to 10k SC2 games and Dota steam timer at something like 6300 hours, though that does involve a lot of idling.

So...only 5,000 hours of DOTA and SC2?
