Those were my guesses also, but only guesses.
Solid, but it just felt a little bit plodding start to finish. Also a thumbs down on the parallax map movement.

Tell me to get back to rewriting this site so it's not horrible on mobileJust beat Analogue: a hate story a couple of days ago, after having received it from a benevolent Aussie a while back. It's the first game I've beat this year, due to the fact that so far this year has been very busy for me, and that I have a few games in my backlog that are as good as finished, or that lesser mortals would consider to be finished but I myself haven't yet decreed them to be so.
This is the first time I've played a visual novel and it certainly was a new experience. You basically read through logs and journals while you piece together the puzzle of what happened to a FTL ship, showing stuff to the ships' AI if you want extra information. On my first playthrough I managed to see only 49% of the logs, so I don't know if there's any big plottwist still hidden in the 51% I didn't read, but what I did see was rather predictable really. It was enjoyable, relaxed and didn't outstay its welcome.
It's a 2D 8-bit styled platformer with NES Zelda 2-style adventure to it. A bit too opaque in places, and a bit heavy on the backtracking, but the game is completely lovable and controls near perfectly.

Tell me to get back to rewriting this site so it's not horrible on mobileI really don't know what to think of this game. I was on the brink of quitting for most of the game, it just wasn't that fun.

Tell me to get back to rewriting this site so it's not horrible on mobileIt's an odd game that just feels forgettable. It's just little things in everything. Alas.

Tell me to get back to rewriting this site so it's not horrible on mobileKirby and the Rainbow Curse is completed. Good game. Too short, and for the length the boss recycling seems a little cheap. Still its lots of fun, and I'm still surprised it was as hard as it was. I'll go back to it at some point to get the 100% completion. I'm already at 80% so I don't think it'll be too much work to finish it up.
Updated with Persona Q. Since it's release on November 25th, 2014, I put a total of 122 hours, 31 minutes into the game. Final time on the save read 102 hours and 46 minutes. Obviously there were times where I died and had to start over, among other things. I got to the ending battle around 100 hours and 2 minutes. The bulk of the remaining 2 hours and 44 minutes were spent in the Final Battle; some of it was equipping characters, fusing Persona and 100%-ing the Labyrinth maps. Easliy one of the best RPG's I've ever played! Cannot wait for Persona 5 even more so, now!

It was ok. I enjoyed it.

Tell me to get back to rewriting this site so it's not horrible on mobile1) Finished Guagamelee (or however it is spelled). Really awesome game. A part Super Metroid, a part Zelda II-ish, a part beat em up with Smash like triple jumps and rolls and a part Zelda LTTP/ Metroid Prime 2 with the dual world switching. All parts awesome.
One thing I did not like was the loading times. Why? The rest was pretty awesome!

I'm glad you finally got around to playing it. As I've said before that's my favorite downloadable game on the Wii U, and probably for any system.
I finally beat Shovel Knight can't wait for the "Plague of Shadows" DLC.
Alright, let's see if I can get this list right.
- Assassin's Creed Liberation
- Mutant Mudds Deluxe
- Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel
- The Swapper
- Castle of Illusion starring Mickey Mouse
- Wolfenstein: The New Order
- Hotline Miami
And I just found out that Hotline Miami 2 launches tomorrow. Sweet.

Pistol + Stealth = Win Game.
I should really play that. I knew someone who worked on it.
