Played some more, finished Castlevania level, only to end up in a F-Zero level. F-Zero level with a whole fleet of B-2 bombers.
This game rocks.

Just finished the game. The last boss was cool looking, but what a bitch to beat. Seriously the whole screen was filled with bullets and stuff. I played the game on normal and damn is it hard. The only thing that kept me going was the checkpoints and infinite continues. I really feel inadequate at this game, really need to pick stage select and try high scoring the individual levels. With high scoring I mean finishing levels without dying. I will not even try hard mode at this game, waaaaaaaaayyyyyyyyyyyyyy toooooooooooo hardcore for me.
Will take a short break with this game and try Dizastaah.

Okay, I finally finished the first stage in stage select without dying. Had a good score too, it was like 7 million on stage 1 with Kachi. So the next step was to go to the leader boards. Wow, a guy named Mirko has a score of 26 million. Okay, I am totally outclasses here.
Did stage 2 next, and finished it at once without dying. I almost died though,had only 6 health left.
Bugsy try playing with Kachi, it is a bit easier.

Oh I forgot to tell you guys. I have the Dutch 5th best score at stage 2 on normal with Kachi. Probably means that only five people bought the game in Holland

2 players is kind of pointless. The 2nd player doesn't get to do anything but shoot. You are just a cursor on screen, no character to move, no lock on power or melee.Very poor 2p game. I would take turns with my friend controling player 1.
I got through stage 5 which is like F-Zero. In that level you fight this huge sabretooth boss, then a giant vulture boss. My friend joked around how they should come together and combine into a super tiger vulture boss... sure enough that is what happened. Its insane. I can only imagine trying to go for high scores, trying not to die, finding all the medals. It got my high score competitive juices following.
Does sound cool, but I've never really been into schmups.
