Oh, I forget to tell you guys about this one. Galaxy 2 was launched in Europe at June 11th and the retail price is 50 Euros. I manage to find the game for 39.99, but my hobo sense was not yet satisfied. So I searched further and found the game for 39 Euros. I used to the 1 Euro I saved to buy a Vietnamese egg roll. Hobo for life!

Once set in motion, the hobo cannot be stopped.

At blahdvd I bought "the Boy and his Blob", "No More Heroes 2" and "Silent Hill: Shattered Memories" all for the price of 58 Euros. That's the price of one HD games or Twilight Princess!

Good scores. I just started playing A Boy And His Blob again. I'm enjoying it a lot more now that I've adjusted my expectations. Its' pacing is a little slow and there's no narrative to the game and that turned me off quite a bit when I first played it and eventually just put it on the shelf. But now that I've gone back I'm appreciating what the game offers - very good puzzles and an amazing art style.

A Boy and His Blob is attractive at a hobo price but I don't know if it's worth adding another box to the pile of games I may never get to play.  The other two I bought full price.  Got my money's worth out of NMH2 since I at least finished it.  Shattered memories is still shrinkwrapped Sad.  IGA you should also buy Tatsunoko versus Capcom.  It's nicely hobo-priced and I can fight you online and kill you with my laggy connection.

On the PS3 Tekken 6 is now hobo bin material but I'm still not getting it after having bought and hardly touched Virtua Fighter V, Soul Calibur 4 and Street Fighter 4 (or Tekken 5 and Dark Resurrection for that matter).  Just Cause 2 has also been spotted to be shyly starting to flirt with the hobos but I'm not getting that either.

I'm keeping an eye open for when God of War III and Red Dead Redemption start falling to reasonable prices.  It may be a little while but i won't run short of games anytime soon

i'm pretty sure i will "finish" it, provided by that you don't mean getting every star.  i very much look forward to finishing galaxy 2 and uncharted 2 as soon as i get back home in a few days

No every star. Then and only then is the game finished.

while i enjoyed every one of the seventy odd i have so far, i fear that it will stop being fun and it will become a chore for me before i can achieve that.  i promise you to play on and keep playing for more stars for as long as i'm enjoying it and not feeling it's a chore
