How does that even work?

Not sure how long I can stay in the lead but I've really enjoyed this. Thank you, quarantine.

Only 20 more to go.
I finished Uncharted 2. The controls are a little jankier than I remember but it's still a masterpiece. I love how Lazarevic calls Drake out for being the mass murderer that he is.
I finished Super Mario Maker 2's story mode and it is brilliant. Mario fans, buy this game! Even if you don't feel like building levels. The story mode is fantastic with about 100 levels of creative, awesome levels. Seriously, I wish the regular 2D Mario game levels were this brilliant.
Uncharted 4: A Thief's End is finished and in the books. Definitely better than Uncharted 3, but still not at the level of Uncharted 2. I did like a couple of the improvements in the game. Climbing is slightly more challenging now that they've made it a bit more open with multiple paths to follow. And the more open areas were kind of neat (at first), but once it became obvious that the only thing in them was maybe some extra treasures to find, I stopped exploring and just headed for the next destination. The swinging was good, though the sliding was kind of stupid.
As for the story, I"m glad Naughty Dog showed a little more restraint compared to Uncharted 3. It felt much more cohesive than just going from one area to another and there weren't as many grand disasters for Drake to escape from this time. And I liked that they doubled down on the happy ending. At no point in the series did they committ to a genuine tragedy involving the main characters so no reason to do so now. The everyone lives happily ever after ending was the appropriate choice I think.
Anyway I'll go check out The Lost Legacy at some point, as everyone says its the better game, but for now I think I've had my fill of Uncharted.
This one seemed a little subdued compared to the previous two and I missed the crazy action. Yeah, there was some great action but it felt like ND roped it in. However the multiplayer is amazing.
Just finished Xenoblade Chronicles: Definitive Edition and what an excellent game it is. It’s a monster of game as well. Played for over 120 hours on this playthrough. Didn’t quite do everything but pretty darn close to it. Want to play the Future Connected portion now and play through on New Game +.

I'm still early in. I just arrived at Eryth Sea. Still a great game. Looking forward to Future Connected once I complete the main campaign. I don't think I'll play the main story as thoroughly as I did back in Wii, where I did everything save for some really end game unique monsters that I just couldn't get the better of.
did you get all the different Monado's?

No, I didn’t get any of the different Monado’s. I got a few components for one but was not able to get the final piece. I was at level 76 when I beat the game, need to level up more and tackle a number of end game unique monsters as well. Will try to do all that now in a New Game + run.

Today is a day.
The quality of life improvements in this version though really help to make things much less a pain in the ass. Most notably is the quest tracking and highlighting the key items and/or objectives.

I second this motion to play this game posthaste. It is very enjoyable and the overworld still is awe inspiring to this day. Seeing the game again on Switch now, well aware that the remaster didn't tamper with the graphics other than resolution and some character detail only, only reminds me of what a huge feat it was to pull something like this off on the Wii.
Did I mention you can play it online Co-Op?
