Updated with Hyrule Warriors. Yup, the game that was the inspiration for my "Summer of Zelda" has officially been beaten!
I still have Skyward Sword to play and Majora is coming early next year, so even though my 2014 Zelda's are done for now, there's still more to come!
Might as well add The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth to the list too.
Funny, I may have beaten both this and Hyrule Warriors, but I'm not done with either of them!
Didn't realize people were counting completing Smash Bros. modes as beating the game...
...guess I'm in too!

it just shows how bogus the whole bragging about which game you beat when is IMO. I could really care less, or how many out of how many trouphies or points you got...BLAH
If it has a campaign ala Subspace Emissary it makes sense. If it doesn't, then wat.
Ah! Now I get it! I just need to get horribly sick and stay home in bed to play games all day and --THEN-- I'll finish all the games I have!
Updated with Shadow of Mordor...
Updated with The Walking Dead 2.
Solid sequel, but it didn't have the impact of the first one. Cool to see how much Clementine has had to grow up in such a short time though. 8/10.
Updated with Wind Waker HD.
I never beat the original Wind Waker. I tried twice to beat it on the GCN first playthrough got to Puppet Ganon but couldn't beat him. 2nd playthrough I got lost in the Wind Temple stopped playing for a year tried to beat that temple again and couldn't remember what I completed.
Updated with game #39 of the year, Shadow of Mordor!
Great open world game in the style of Batman Arkham City & Assassin's Creed Brotherhood. And I love the great side story to the films it tells. 8.6 rating.
TSecond year in a row I have not beaten a game on a Nintendo platform. Last one was 999 in 2012.

Insane.
I just beat Yakuza 2 as my 1st finished PS2 game in some time, and my 40th finished game of the year!
Its been a long time since I beat Yakuza, but as far as I can tell, Yakuza 2 is very similar and just as fun. 7.5 Rating.
The Yakuza series are really the ultimate modern day 7/10 range games.
Updated with Captain Kinopio. Fun game, but honestly I would have liked it more if it was half as long and half the price. It's a lot of fun, and I'll award it the cutest game since Super Fantasy Zone, but a lot of the levels didn't bring much to the table. There's lot of creative mind blowing ideas, but there's also a lot of easy levels that are forgettable and just felt like filler.
Updated with Steamworld Dig.
Updated with Halo Collection.
