I've had some of those as well. They are awesome.
Edit: Weird. I would have sworn I've seen a thunderstorm before in AC, but now I can't remember if I'm confusing games. I love thunderstorms in Viva Pinata. No lighting strikes there either, though.

Not much to take a picture of. You hear the rumbling of the thunder and you get a rising and lowering light effect over the town like a dimmer switch. If you are indoors you do get light flashing in the windows. I didn't see any actual lightning in the sky though.
My turnips are low today.

Oh man, Animal Crossing is awesome. I went to travos place, sold some turnips and met Ksmoove finally. 2 new friends plus Kino added. Only Rag has to show up.
Oh and I bought the spotlight item. The cabana chair.

i met up with monkey and kino this morning. it was nice to go back to a town which is right at the start. poor monkey was having serious disc error issues though which were resulting in WFC errors. wish he had got a replacement copy when it was only 20 bucks that day 
going back to my town ... i found my fountain finally ready (and tortimer all smug as if it was he that paid for it and not moi). it kind of fucks up some of my paths but it'll be fine once i clean up a couple of trees. now what is it again i throw in the fountain in order to get a silver/gold one?

Axe. The answer pattern seems iffy, though. I got it in the first try, but nobody else in my town has been able to get another. That goddess is mischievous.

Really Travo you need to plant flowers all over the bare ground and stick to your paths. You can monitor how long it takes, if you do it right it's 6 weeks. Read up in the animal tracks thread (type that into the search box).

yeah, sorry about that bugs and kino. It was really bad yesterday. Pissed me off. I'm going to try some cleaning tips, see if that works. $20 - crap. Let met know anybody if you see any canadian deals. What a week - temples throbbing rage growing
