I expect the best player from Brazil to usually be the best player in the world. Anyway, is anyone going to beat that team this world cup cause they are just steam rolling over the opposition right now.

True, but he never wanted to go there in the first place.

Ronaldo de Assis, better known as Ronaldinho Gaúcho left Barcelona amidst criticism for a slump in his game, and a lack of interest to play at a competitive level.
However, he got signed by A.C. Milan, in calcio's Serie A, and with time, he eventually got (some of) his mojo back. Arguably, he should have been considered for Brazil's national team in this WC, but Brazil's coach, Dunga left him out (along with another world-class player, Alexandre Pato) because of discipline problems.
Dunga is aiming for a brazilian team that resembles european ones in its discipline and order, at the expense of most of the flair and inspiration that the verdeamarela usually shows.

He was so ugly they put him in a cupboard and never let him out.
Watched the Japan Paraguay match, snoozefest. Watching Spain v Portugal.
Why are the Spaniards all diving and faking fouls?
Anyway, thevgpress curse strikes again.
Why on earth was Japan playing for a 0-0...idiots. Ah well, still an improvement for them in the scheme of things.
The Dutch played very well. They made it look as though Brazil just couldn't play at their best but I think that was their plan and they played it out well.
Don't like this Dutch team but if any country deserves a bit of luck, it's probably them.
This world cup is now officially dead for me.
robio said:What did Uruguay do? You're the second person who has said something about how they cheated, but the sports sites haven't posted anything other than play by play stories yet, and none of the editorials that would explain this.
Basically, at the last minute of the match, a Ghana header was floating straight towards the back of the net, and Luis Suarez avoided that with a handball. Ref sent Suarez off, awarded a PK...that Ghana failed to score, thus leading to the end of overtime and eventually penalty kicks, which Uruguay won after Ghana pissed away two shots.
tl;dr: Suarez bought the pass of his team to semifinals with a handball, leaving Ghana out of what would have been the first semifinal for an african team.
He is number 10. Kaka must be the shit.
