Another one I thought died decades ago. We still have Jello Biafra.
Google's telling me he died in '79?
edit: oh, there's a wrestler who goes by the same name At least he can take comfort in having long outlived his musical counterpart.
edit-edit: and after googling Jello Biafra, I see I'm not the only one who mixed up the 2. That or Aspro was joking and I've just proven to live under a rock.
For more amazing acting like that, I recommend everyone go watch Ready to Rumble, starring David Arquette and featuring most of the WCW roster from that time.
Sadly I saw it in the theater. A buddy of mine is trying to break the wrestling industry, and I got dragged to so much low rent wrestling crap. As bad as it was, this was actually one of the least offensive things he took me to.
A buddy of mine wanted me to see it but I dodged that bullet. I seem to remember a part where a guy stuck his hand down his ass so that his slushy would smell like ass and he would get it for free.
I spent an hour driving this car in VR on several Time Trial tracks. Slooooow car but kinda fun and relaxing to drive. I'm going to upgrade it to see how much performance I can get out of it tonight.
Edit: Not sure if pic is displaying correctly. It's 1966 VW Beetle 1200
Yeah the Castlevania DS collection is cool. They were all solid games, but that was right around the time when Konami had gone to the well too many times with the Metroidvania format. They were practically doing yearly installments at that point. By the time Ecclesia came out I was sick of it.
Yeah those Castlevania games were coming out pretty fast and furious. I only played a bit of Portrait of Ruin and never played Ecclesia at all. Interested in playing through them both fully now though.
Well, my mom, sister, and one of my co-workers tested positive for Covid. My mom and sister have had every shot and booster and they still catch this shit...twice now? WTF?
I feel fine so far, but I really don't want this again for the third fucking time. Oh well.
Yeah, the shots and booster don't prevent it but supposedly make it less harmful or even manageable . My son had it last week but somehow everyone else dodged it. He felt like crap for about two days.

Ecclesia was interesting. It had the best combat and controls, but it also had the player do a lot of side quests in order to level up equipment and stores. I found it very easy to get sidetracked with those and ultimately I had a hard time continuing to the main game.

I thought everyone needed to see Sid's acting ability. The man had some serious acting chops.

I have avoided that movie for twenty five years.

Catching up on the Nintendo Direct. Capcom Fighting Collection 2 coming out in 2025! Oh hell yeah!
Did you get the Capcom Fighting bundle? It includes the Capcom Fighting Collection and Streetfighter Anniversary collection. Usually £16 on sale.
The Nintendo direct was okay.
Nothing much that personally interested me, but solid stuff.
The new Trails and Atelier look good.
Need to play Atelier Ryza first.
Castlevania Domino's collection is sound. If that drops in price it's an must buy.
Interesting how Japanese publishers keep making switch games while the big western companies don't bother.
I think they are doing switch 2 games at this point.
Hopeful to see switch 2 in September.
My poor nephew's have been waiting 8 years for it as their father said they would wait till the next Switch was out. That was in like 2020 lol
Hell yeah I got it. Got it for Switch, Xbox, and PlayStation.
Really cool to see a Castlevania DS collection.
