I'm playing Lost Judgment. A big chunk of the game takes place within a Japanese high school, and I just played through a case that took place there and noticed a really funny nod to Persona 3 in it.
This weekend mostly consisted of me playing Crisis Core Final Fantasy VII Reunion. Never played the original but am enjoying this version. Combat is pretty fun and I like the Zack character. Also played a bit of Baldur’s Gate III and FarCry 6 via Game Pass.
FFVII, was a big let down after playing the first 6. (I caught up on the franchise when they had those awesome GBA conversions).
I've been playing God Hand. Still having trouble finding a good game after Stick of Truth, so God Hand it is. It's an interesting game, the checkpoints are not 2023 friendly. Quirky enough to keep my interest.
Thinking strongly about getting Dragon Quest XI for Switch.

Go for it. It's a 100+ hour game that took inspiration from Final Fantasy 6, Chrono Trigger, and a lot of the Dragon Quest series (but DQ3 in particular). It's basically the ultimate 16-bit jRPG, that just happened to show up 25 years late to the party.
My son bought Monster Hunter Rise on Switch this weekend in the eShop sale. I'm curious to see how far he'll get, both because it's a more demanding type of game, and because his grasp of the English language is still limited. Of course I'm proud he's taken an interest in MonHun, and I'll probably end up playing the game myself, but this feeling is somewhat tainted by him gravitating towards the Switch Axe weapon and not, the universally agreed upon, superior Hammer.

I'm tempted to give the FF1-6 Pixel Remasters a try.

Loved God Hand. So wacky and so fun.
Definitely recommend Dragon Quest XI. Absolutely fantastic game.
Lol. Old Aspro had trouble looking for a follow-up game to Stick of Truth.... duh, how about The Fractured But Whole? So I picked that up from the EB Games in the city I am in today as well as Dragon Quest XI, both for Switch.
Thanks for the recommendations.
I watched reviews for the PS4 and Switch versions of DQ11 last night and was put off by the relatively poor graphics on the Switch, but everyone says its the definitive edition.... well actually, they do, it's in the name...
Now I am betwixt which to play first.
I must say, I will miss being able to go to an EB Games or similar and have the convenience of browsing and buying a game with immediate access to it (once the digital apocalypse comes).

theres a demo you can try. It wasnt bad, soft image quality but not a complete blurfest. Get an Mclassic? It's actually a fairly decent port.

Baldur's Gate 3. 40 hours, and still on act 1.

One state had Cartoon porn as no 1.
Hawaii had Hawaiian. Lol

Yodella when are you going to fix this site to work on mobile? (:
I'm pretty sure it's gone longer than that without posts.
There was a silent agreement to go for a new record, but now you blew it aspro.
I know my lack of activity is unusual.

Now I'm no native Enlgish speaker, but isn't 'for the safety of your health' a very crappy sentence?
