the ground textures suck. Are you playing it on a 4ktv now? Speaking of which the picture quality on re6 remastered on switch is so sharp and detailed it can look amazing. I wish they had lowered the resolution a little as there is slowdown here and there. It's not a huge issue outside of the cemetery but would have been better if they tooled the visuals for a smoother frame rate. I can see why they chose to keep the picture quality, it's remarkable and I didn't think switch could do that. Motion controls are cool too. Although I don't like the way you switch weapons, is there no way to assign particular weapons to the dpad rather than scrolling through?
Mainly on the GamePad, a little on a 1080P 21.5" monitor, and it still looks horrendous! The cuteness of the Pikmin and alien colonisors make up for it, though. The colours are great, too!

I've only played the expansion, and it was pretty bad. But it was doing its own awful thing, so I'd still recommend it. I imagine the actual game is better.

So funny reading vaders old re6 thread. Everyone freaking out over the demo. I went back and tried re5 again and bizarrely the controls felt so much better. Just having the camera facing where your character is looking helps so much. I bought re5 on switch, so cheap. So weird it controls like a dream compared to 6. Looks great and its super cool playing it offscreen and having this huge budget game on a portable. Also weirdly the motion controls aiming is much better than re6, more stable and smooth. Whoa guys, I adjusted the motion control sensitivity by literally one notch and its awesome. I didn't even need the reticle at points its so natural to use. It changes how the whole game feels.
