After FF7. Got lost in the shuffle of all these games!
My booty is ready!

Going to the bathroom could end up relieving your health anxieties as well as your bladder. Researchers have created a smart toilet that can analyze feces and urine for various diseases and some forms of cancer. The experimental toilet can also identify users by both their unique fingerprints, and even their anal prints. Yes, those exist.
Happy Good Friday folks. I spent most of today working inside the house for once getting all 25 conoles to work and check up on their health. I started the day with issues with my xbox 1, Xbox 360, Japanese PS2, Sega Master System and NEOGEO AES, and go all of them fixed except for the NEOGEO. That one is going to be compicated I fear. Does anyone here have an AES?
Tried to join that discord server and it has expired. Do we have a persistent group or are they just set up as needed?
It's a persistent group but codes expire. Here's another one

Than you that worked.
All this anus talk reminds me: has anyone seen Edgecrusher, or at least informed him how to get back to the forum?
To stave off boredom (for those of us who aren't actually working harder now) during these testing times, EuroGamer have composed a list of 40 of their best own articles to peruse at your leissure.
thought I'd share the link.
Steel, if you're still having trouble with the Switch Family account: everyone needs a seperate Nintendo account and you have to add them to your family through your account on Nintendo's site. It's a bit of a hassle really, best to google how to do it.
If one were to buy a Xbox One X, what would be some good exclusives? Sea of Thieves, Gears of War 4 and 5? Anything else? I'm not sure it's worth getting for just that.
Aspro, do you have a Switch? I see where you added Steel
I basically bought an Xbone ( at 50% off at that) just to have access to the back catalogue and 3rd party games I couldn't get on Switch. Titanfall 2 ought to be very good as well. The Forza games?
I guess that if you own a PS4 or a reasonable PC for gaming, the added value of an Xbone, let alone an X, isn't all that great.
I'm currently playing Titanfall 2 on PS4. Yeah the back catalogue of 360 games are good but Xbox 1 not so much.
Oh, I thought it was an exclusive? Maybe it was only timed.
like I said: you're cheaper off just getting Game Pass on PC. You won't miss out on much.
I don't have a good PC. I don't know, it may not be worth getting after all. The allure of 4K gaming is strong though.
I've been listening to the last podcast and am currently at Foolz' rumminations about how crap games are. Some early thoughts:
Games are crap because we as humans don't want to invest time in a single thing. We want to sample as much things as possible while putting in as little effort as possible. It's an advantage that movies and books have above games, as they are not interactive, nor do they rely on the viewer for pacing.
Not to me, I don't own a 4K TV Must have been one of my most useless purchases of the last 2 decades really, buying an X when I already owned an S.
edit: also, in terms of owning a good PC, SoT is pretty scalable. It's a beautifull game, but it's also playable on much less potent hardware.
Well something else to consider is that Microsoft said that their first party games for the first couple of years into the Xbox Series X’s life will also be playable on this current gen systems and they have recently purchased a lot of developers. You might also want to consider if Game Pass will be something that you want to get as well. I think all their first party games launch on Game Pass on day one. There’s a fair amount to consider on a purchase of an Xbox One.
Some first party games off the top of my head:
Thousands of years of practice: I don't think that matters much. If it did, chess would have been improved upon, but it hasn't. Chess boxing is, alright, though, I guess.
I disagree here, also. The issue with gameplay is a lack of direct interactivity compared to games that are not simulations: games will always suck, because they'll never be interactive enough (both in terms of gameplay and with other people). Even with 1:1 input and VR, the endless possibilities of simulation will actually be a huge limitation on creativity and audience enjoyment.
As for stories, film stories are barely a step above games. They suck, because the structure of film due to bad audience attention span is terrible and extremely shallow (and judging by television, even when attention span isn't an issue; the stories still suck: indeed, the simulation of actors are always going to be worse than characters who are fully expressed in writing, for instance; and the forward motion of time in TV/FILM is tremendously destructive to great writing). Films can be mediocre lyrical poems at best, but even then the "story" is entirely reliant on the painterly ability of the people making it and to an almost equal degree the sound design. Additionally, the gameplay even in Tetris is entirely dependent on the aesthetic quality of the game. I can't speak for anyone else, but if not for Tetris' hallucinogenic qualities, I'd never play it. Which is why I rarely play it, as I can hallucinate perfectly well on my own, thanks.
Even games about mastery suck as games if taken purely as games. See above.
It is an amazing and unparrallelled value. I dont; have it just cause I don't have the internet to support it. Plus I still like physical games.
