Take it to the dedicated thread you punk!
That said: are you pro Brexit, or just pro getting it over with?
BRAVELY DEFAULT II ANNOUNCED FOR SWITCH DUE OUT 2020
Yay! Loved the first 2 games. Some of the art style seems to be lost in the translation to a higher res screen though, a lot more clean lines and less outmarkings. It's also sad to not be able to enjoy the series in stereoscopic 3D
It was made clear that this was a full blown sequel, as opposed to Bravely Second. However, in those games there was some lore that hinted to a third relic, which would make for a kind of trilogy of games. I wonder if this game will close the trilogy or if it will be a completely seperate story.
Not sure what to make of the NMH3 trailer. I guess it at least can't be worse than NMH2, so I'll just go with the flow for now.
Not particularly fond of the Xbox Series X design and the name is well, ok I guess. If that’s what it takes to make that beast run cool and quiet then so be it. Still very hyped for the system and looking forward to to seeing how all the games will look and play on it.
Not the original Xbox crew.
Rumor is every 45 minutes you have to pour liquid nitrogen into the vents on the top of the Series Xbox to keep it running cool.
Seriously though, what the hell. They were onto something with the design of Xbox 360, but other than that they have always come up with the most bland shit ever. And the NAMES....at the very least give the Wii consoles a run for the terrible award. I'm not a huge fan of the design for Nintendo or Sony consoles since the end of the PS2 era either, but in the case of Sony, at least they've kind of kept in the style of the PS2 while all the names are exactly what they should be (PS1,PS2,PS3,PS4, etc).
At any rate, it should be interesting to see what the PS5 looks like. Also funny how they're both claiming to be the fastest & most powerful.
Crappy ass name. Confusing too.
I didn't even vote. Hate all of them. Sick of Brexit as is everyone else. Everyone saw all the opposition parties just obstructing the whole process endlessly so people voted to nuke them and get it over with. The opposition party, Labour got the lowest vote since 1935. The leaded of the 3rd party got kicked out as an MP and had to resign as leader. She had said she was going to be Prime Minister, instead she's in, then out as party leader in 6 months.
Watched a few TGA trailers. I am so sick of these trailers with no gameplay, just some cinematics and the graphics of the name at the end. They are just pointless.

Vader, there's rumors going around that Tom Brady might go to the Dolphins next year because he's being kind of pushed out the door. That would be hilarious.
Been playing The Evil Within 2 and really enjoying it. Having an open city to wander around and explore kind of gives me Silent Hill vibes.
I'm not really seeing the similarity to GameCube but it's nice to see the two Game Cubes duct-taped together meme has come full circle!
Yep, pretty predictable result. And Corbyn didn't fight fire with fire by either being staunchly pro Brexit but from an anti-Austerity rather than nationalist perspective, nor by being staunchly anti-Brexit, so on the biggest issue in the media Labour sat on the fence. So stupid.
Three other reasons Labour were dead in the water:
1: Even The Guardian gave more coverage to Labour/Corbyn and antisemitism than they did to Boris Johnson and all the bigoted shit he's said once the election was announced. Enough said lol.
2: Corbyn only seems like something of an interesting/competent personality in 1 hour + interviews. He was up against someone with incredible charisma who knows how to play the fool and become an avatar for the audience, which is the perfect persona for reality TV elections, memes and soundbites.
3: When people are frightened and pissed off, they usually become more conservative or apathetic. When I say conservative, I mean pro status quo, not whatever that shit is meant to mean politically at the moment. Thus in Victoria the left-wing party absolutely obliterates the xenaphobic, Red Scare fear-mongering campaign by the right-wing Liberal party (Labor has been in power for a long time) while simultaneously in the national election one of the most objectively incompotent parties (the Liberals) in Australian history uses a Red Scare campaign to easily beat a Labor opposition offering a noticably different political project than the Liberal party for the first time in a few elections.
That's a nice fridge.
They're going all out to avoid a repeat of the 360's overheating issues!
I've encountered a new issue with my Switch. When the controllers are attached to the Switch in handheld mode, they'll often lose contact and will need to be paired again. While this is a mild frustration in single player, it's absolutely devastating in a game of Tetris99.
I'll be testing with a different pair of Joycon, but I'm guessing the fault will be within the Switch itself.
No one trusts Corbyn. The last Labour govt bankrupt the treasury by the end of its term and Corbyn was planning the biggest annual budget since the 1930s. He promised money for everything and no one could believe his plans.
