Game Under Podcast Ep. 114
Foolz and Aspro talk about Tom's new PC and impressions of Mario World Tour and SEGA's Judgmentgameunder.net editorial impressions media aspro
I restarted God of War (PS4) this weekend. I missed a lot of stuff in the beginning on my 1st attempt last year. Doing much better this time. Who knows? I might even finish it this time, boy!
I also played quite a bit of Castlevania Bloodlines, Contra Hard Corps, and Ghoul's n Ghosts (Sega Genesis Mini).
Still playing Breath of the Wild. Defeated Divine Beast number 3, and all that's left is a big ass camel and Ganon himself. I have the whole map unlocked except for one area as well. That said, I still just scratched the freaking surface of this game.
It's kind of funny, the first time I picked up the game I only played for 20 hours, but there are still areas I explored then that I haven't been able to find again.
Played some Dragon Quest XI but mostly played more Monster Hunter World: Iceborne. Those monsters aren’t going to slay themselves and I got armour and weapons to build.
I enjoyed the salubrious outdoors as I sailed the seas with 2 friends in Sea of Thieves, where the biggest perril didn't come from monsters of the deep or other crews, but our continues lack of wooden planks to mend our own ship with whenever we docked a wee bit too close to the pier.
More time was also spent cheating on my girlfriend, hanging out with friends in our local bar and pondering about life and relationships. Then whenever I'd fall asleep I was back there climbing impossible towers trying to out-climb a contorted female body and it's hungry jaw, which was snapping at me from between the monster's legs.
This video really makes me wish I didn't sell my Wii U to Amazon.
I did a softmod to my Wii U. Its good though RetroPi, while tougher to set up, is much more user-friendly and does a better job with name/arcade titles.
That said Wii U can do N64 better as well, though none are 100%. And surprisingly Wii emulation isn't easily done at all.

Nice. Yeah emulation is always hit or miss no matter what it's on. I just like messing with things like that to see what's possible.
I tried to play Beetle Adventure Racing on my PC emulator a few months back, and that game worked fine through the first race....then wouldn't work at all past that point. It was strange. Which sucks because it looks so much better than playing on an actual N64 at this point. But Castlevania 64 worked perfectly all the way through.
So GG, what do you think would get you back into gaming? Would you be interested in a new console and a chance to play new IPs?
I still play splatoon daily. I guess price cuts for the bigger games. And probably Nintendo allowing a proper portable mode that was not restrained or held back for power consumption reasons. These days my biggest hobbies are Anime, comedy, music and clothes.

Yeah, the last few years, whenever I mess with softmodding or emulation it's really been more about what can I do and what can I pull off. Outside of a couple DS games I really didn't play too many ROMs on the Wii U. And these days Wii U games are so cheap it actually costs more to get SD cards to put them on than it does to just buy them at GameStop.
Of sorts. I don't follow it or anything but I like buying clothes that look cool. To me they are kind of like buying paintings you like and appreciate. I often keep them in great condition and sell them later.
I think I only get games when they are gifted to me in spring or Christmas these days. I can't have enough enthusiasm to shell out £50 for a game these days. I would buy more stuff on the eshop at cheaper prices but my 64gb card is already full and I cannot be assed buying a larger card. Would I even play those games?

That’s quite a weekend!
I tried Sky: Children of Light with a PS4 controller. Also beat the sex worker boss in Devil May Cry 3 whose weakness was the cold shower of Cerberus.

It might not have multi-player, but at least Ellie now has the arms of Julian Edelman!

You’re into fashion, GG?

These all appeared on a UK gameshow, word game. The photos have been censored
Yooka laylee 2 sounding pretty good, it’s like a fake DKC TF. Destiny 2 is free now, going to try out the PC version.
I finished Zelda, what a masterpiece, now I want to go back and play more handheld Zeldas.
B***OLE?
BU***LE?
That would be the only valid sequel.
