Fun fact about Ethan Hunt. Tom Cruise is older in the most recent Mission Impossible movie than Wilford Brimley was when he did the first Cocoon movie.

Oh, just another really sad thing to note about the Wii U is the Wii eShop. It's a graveyard of great titles, most not available anywhere else, and you can't buy any of them (unless you already purchased shop points prior to March of this year). It's like going to a museum. Look, but don't touch.
Must be why Nintendo wants to shut down all the rom sites. So we can never play any of the classics again, unless it's one of the 30 odd titles they decide to re-release over and over and over again.
Maybe they just have a CEO young enough to know what the hell this whole internet thing is that Reggie's been going on about since 1995.
lol, this is like some doctor saying that the patient is not dying, they just sold out of heart beats. VR is dead for another 7-10 years. Noble effort, slow clap, participation prize for everyone. (Hey but seriously, and I am serious, in 7-10 years VR will be possible. Smaller tech, more affordable).
I think a lot of it will ride on how invested Sony is. If they bundle it in with every PS5, it'll succeed. But again, they won't take that risk, see Xbone and Kinect.
I don't believe in VR goggles. We'll get standalone AR devices, like the MS hololens. Most likely with 2 camera's and screens in front of our eyes as it's the more sensible and cheaper option. Or hololens like functionality projected on the front window of cars. That would make so much sense.
^ I agree, but also MS won;t win fo rtheir innovation. Someone like Apple will take it to the market succesfully (AR that is).
Apple? All they've ever done is make consumer electronics more expensive and luxurious, how are they going to democratize AR?
I personally don't think AR will hit consumers first. It'll be something you see in industries and services, where it can be an added value, not just a novelty. Like we saw with Personal Computers, laptops and mobile phones. Say we see it creep into business activities within 5 years, and give it another 10 before it's mass market enough for Apple to care.
Octopath Travelar is awesome. Love the different characters and exploring their side stories. Visuals are amazing and the battle system is addictive.
I’m having a great time with the game as well. Finished two character’s chapter 2 storylines and found three shrines that open up the ability to give my characters some alternate jobs.

I've got all 8 characters, only done chapter 1 of each person. I'm about 20 hrs in.
Seriously, if anyone has any kind of love for the 16bit era, this game is mana from heaven. I also love Haanit's dialogue. Especially when she dodges an attack "Missits me." Or when a battle starts "Have at thee!"
Love piling status and BP bonuses on one person to launch a mega attack. That apothecary guy is hard to work out as you have to actually try his chemistry in battles to work out what they do.
Ethan Hunt says nothing isn't impossible.
Whoooah.
You buy it.

I thought this was going to end up like a letter to Penthouse Forum.
There's a joke only old people will get.
Sorry to disappoint you oldtimer.
That's very gracious of them:
EA won't shutter BioWare if Anthem flops, says James Ohlen

HTC Vive responds to “VR is dying” claim says sales are low because they sold out

I mean they are the usual suspects for stealing MS's innovation. And they are desperate enough to go down that rabbit hole.
Good point. Strange when 'desperate' is a good way to describe the world's richest technology company.

The Lawnmower Man has been macking it to VR porn since 1990. Get with the times you guys!
Friend of mine went and bought a Switch just for this game. He loves it.
