Colonoscopy has been suddenly booked for Thursday afternoon.
Not sure if wanted.
Can you check on your switch profile how many hours you have played the game?
Still doesn't seem to be working.

I probably only have 35 hours or so. You probably have at least 4-5 times as much. Saying tentamissiles are problematic is, in my expreience, wrong. Making a more nuanced statement, being that when playing as a sniper or gatling gun, tentamissiles can take you out of your flow, sounds like a legitamite qualm. But if such issue can be resolved by just playing with another weapon, I hardly feel that it qualifies as a game breaking issue. Perhaps you are playing against other people who are smart enough to always aim their missiles on you as a sniper or gatling gun user, because they know it would take you out of the game?
Colonoscopy, done.
Wasn't too bad, though uncomfortable when I had to rotate for them to twist the camera around corners. They clipped a few polips, burned a few blood vessels. It all looked okay to me until they reached the end where the large bowel was and it was inflammed and all craggly. They took quite a few biopsy samples. After the sedation wore off, I could feel inside my guts where they had burned me.
But it's not too bad, I was up and walking within half an hour and probably could have walked away a lot earlier after it was done. The throwaway underwear with a huge gap at the back was hilarious.
Also got to say, I'm actually pretty surprised and happy with my treatment so far by the NHS. Sure they let you rot away until it's serious but when you do get flagged, they pull out all the stops. The clinic was very modern and sparkling clean, the many staff that dealt with me were all kind and friendly. And the way they chase you up and had everything arranged within a week or so, great stuff. And I can see why healthcare is so expensive, all the equipment, facilities and staff.
I feel very lucky to have a European style universal care health system. I cannot even imagine what it would have cost in other countries and the added stress that causes.
Drill baby, drill.
