Well, what else is there to get for the Switch?
Indeed.
A look inside Nintendo solution for repairing Joy-Cons Conductive foam shielding
Interesting, it's just a tiny square of conductive foam that shields the antennea from interference. It would be cheaper to ship out the foam rather than request returns of joycons.
I have found the issue to be strange. One weekend it gave me hell. Now I'm thinking maybe it was because the joycon battery was low.
This week, even without using the joycon strap it has hardly ever had interference, maybe twice. Using the joycon strap seems to sort the problem out completely and of course the grip works too. I'm half half on if I can be bothered to request a return fix.
You Switch only guys will be happy to hear, unless you've heard already....that Bloodstained is coming to it. I just got this email from IGA confirming this. So the Switch is at least getting a Castlevania game.
What makes me very happy about the Switch is that the Seiken Densetsu collection is coming to it.

Wonder if there's a chance in hell it would come translated to the West. I've played through the fan translated ROM of Secret of Mana 3 several times, but as amazing of an effort as it was, supposedly a lot of things got messed up in it.

I'd really love to see that but I'm thinking that with the Switch being region free they'll probably take the easier cheaper route and not do that. I still have my fingers crossed though.
At least it wasn't a natural disaster.
I'm waiting for comics that I ordered on March 8th to arrive at my house.
It said that the Post Office received it in Pittsburgh on March 16th but it hasn't updated the information since then. I plan to call the Post Office tomorrow and see why they aren't here yet.
If they lost it I have to get Midtown Comics to replace probably replace them since I ordered them 2 weeks ago. I selected 3 - 12 day shipping, this is the first problem I ever had with the mail.
They shipped from New York City but they went through Ohio before going to Pittsburgh.
Edit* I finally got an update on that order it didn't even go to Pittsburgh it went to Warrendale.

Well, I'm on my second surface pro now, as I had dropped my 2nd generation one and the screen had cracked, resulting in the loss of multi-touch input, and I recently found a good deal on a 4th generation. Bought a Kensington military grade case for it as well, which I am loving. The 2nd gen power adaptor was starting to degrade, requiring you'd wobble it a bit for it to actually start charging. And the pen was slowly coming apart as well. The keyboard on both my pro's is super though. No signs of wear and tear at all. it snaps in place magnetically, with 5 small metal connectors for energy and data transfer. It's very different from a laptop though, as the keyboard just dangles from the tablet: it has no supporting function, so it can't really snap off and break.
As for the pen and charger issue's, the 4th gen changed their design and it's much robuster now, with a better concept that seems less likely to come apart after a couple of years of use. Overall very happy with my 4th gen Pro. I wasn't as excited about forking over the money for it as I was for my 2nd gen, but overall it's a large improvement over the 2 in nearly every field. It's also so thin I feared I'd snap it in half for a while.
I've used it many times on my lap with the kickstand. You're balancing it on the bottom rim of the Surface and the kickstand, which is just as stable as balancing the bottom half of a laptop. The only downside is that your keyboard is nearer to you. I find it to be sufficiently comfortable and enjoy the flexibility of it all. My cover also has a grip on the back, so I can hold it like a block of paper and just sketch on it.
Started playing Resident Evil 7 and this is very good indeed. Creepy as hell.
